The customer service and food has went down. It's always a long wait time no matter the time of day and the prices are ridiculous ?
This was the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Chicken had a strange texture to it, didn’t receive any sauce, they were out of practically everything, had to wait over thirty minutes to get my order, which was beyond sub-par than what I normally get from a Popeyes restaurant. Never going back to this one again.
Lobby Locked, no sign, drive thru to the door. You think after how long they have been in Albany, they would be more organized. Obvious that corporate doesn’t care. Even the building looks run down.
I love the chicken but last time visit Popeyes in Albany Georgia on southwest slappy I had a ugly incounter with one of the workers they needs to stop being so ghetto and be more professional and that's a known fact....
I have not eaten here for some time so I decided to order something. That was the wrong decision. The chicken was under cooked, black and smelling on the inside. I will never go back again.
Respectfully, this establishment has to be the most aweful and unprofessional looking " including staffing members" place to eat at period. Thus, other surrounding areas have better quality than the one here in Albany, GA. Lastly, can't even read the menu sign anymore either, place looks horrific ever since hurricane Michael came through years ago!!
The wait was long, the food was good. M except the Mac and cheese! We ordered 2 2pc dark but got a 2 pc mixed and a 2 pc white.
I ordered a meal with the Popeyes app around 5:15 for take out. I got to the store around 5:50 and walked inside. My food was not ready at the counter like the app said it would be and I was told I had to go through the drive through to pick up my food. The drive through line was almost out in the street. 15 minutes later I got to the window I was told to pull up and wait at the curb. 10 minutes later my food was brought out.
We were pulling an RV and could not go through the drive thru. The inside was not open. The employee took my order at the door and brought me the food. She went out of her way to accommodate us. Thanks!
The food was really good. However, that does not excuse the nasty attitude of the young lady in the drive through window; was rushing me through my order and the face expression was not welcoming.
