took 2 hours to get my order. food was cold. told me they will remake. but they never did it came cold and time stamp was old not new. never order again. spent alot of money for cold food.
This pizza was sooo good! My grandfather said he wanted pizza and Papa John was the first place I thought of. He really enjoyed the pizza and he never say he want pizza
I would have given no stars if possible. Horrible service and the manager was clueless. My order was completely wrong and when I showed the order on my phone he was still confused. The order was remade and was still wrong. I asked for the owner, he said he didn't know the owner or how to get in touch with him..I left with $28 of cold pizza that was not satisfying and not once did I receive and apology or any compensation...don't waste your money or time...
The service was great. Only a little longer than the 31-41 mins it stated it would take. I gave review a 3 due to missing one of my spicy rolls and one being smaller than others. Also both papadias were slightly burned. We all made do but I could taste the burn.
The pizza was over an hour late, pizza was burnt, charged for food I did not get and customer service as well as management was horrible. I will never order pizza from here ever again and I have been a loyal customer for years. Very disappointing.
Food was cold, delivery driver left on doorstep in the rain! Called store and Manager said it wasn't his problem! I put in a complaint with corporate but no one ever followed up.
Tried a new item they advertised and it was almost burnt. (See picture )The drivers they have delivering don’t use the bags to help keep the pizzas hit so both of our pizzas were cold.

Yo, I had to try the “New York Style” pizza son! Okuur, okuuur, it was good ?! It’s foldable as advertised ?. The honey chipotle wings and cheese bread was delish as well. I always squeeze the jalapeño juice on my pizza and add a little of ur garlic sauce-to give it a kicker ? so yummy. Good deal. Thanks. Bye.
Will never order from this place again. My order was not ready for pickup after 45 min. Wanted me to wait another 45 minutes. I cancel the order and never got the money on the account until I called the franchise. Employees don't care about you as a customer.
