Saturday night tradition!!!Me and my husband get newks pepperoni pizza every Saturday because it’s just THAT GOOD!!!If you think you had good pizza in Albany I assumed you went to Newks cause that’s where you will get it! I recommend it to anybody that’s new to the area.The pizza is so fresh and crisp.I have the newks app and it’s so good because it has points and has delivery.I have nothing bad to say about newks, the service, the food and the restaurant is all good.

1:00 p.m. is obviously a busy time for this restaurant. My dine-in order of a personal pan pizza and small salad was delivered 30 minutes after my friends meals arrived. The 3 of us placed our order at the same time and sat together. My meal was only brought to me once I asked the manager why it had not yet been brought to the table. The food was brought to me after 5-8 more minutes, and Voila! The pizza was cold. Again, I brought this to the manager's attention again and she graciously made it right. While I understand the effort businesses are making to hire and retain good help it is just good practice to let business owners know why you either chose to stay or to just walk away. The manager's resolution to my issue gets her a second chance for my patronage ❤️
1st time eating at Newk's and it did not disappoint.I had the slamon ceasar salad and it was very good.

I’ve been here a few times and am always impressed by the quality of service and food I get. I always do drive up to go, and it’s speedy. The people taking orders are always so nice, too!I recommend the loaded, super fresh, crunchy salads! The bacon mac and cheese is to die for. I get a big piece of strawberry or chocolate cake when I want something sweet, and it’s always really moist and delicious! Newk’s is quickly becoming my favorite stop for a quick lunch. :)
I dropped by for a quick bite - my first experience here. Really friendly folks and good service made the trip a pleasure. The spicy & sweet sandwich was a bit heavy on the sauce, but it could be solved by having more napkins!
Food is always fresh and delicious of course.I would like to give kudos to the wait staff!!!! Always friendly. Neat and well put together. Saw a man bussing tables stop to get someone a Togo box. I doubt that was his job. He did it with a smile. He didn't get someone else. Just did it. Has to be a great place to work.
This is one of our go-to places for a date night! Eventually, I may get around to trying a sandwich or some soup, but for now I’m stuck on the pizza! ?? I gave 4 stars instead of five because there are times when we go and it isn’t as clean as it could be. The tables may have been wiped but are still sticky or there have been crumbs still on the table from the previous customer.
This place was really good and I loved the food and atmosphere! The only thing I would suggest is to go during the week, because the staff will pay more attention to you!
