Did an online order. They mixed it all up. But the manager came out and personally apologized and corrected everything. Super sweet. Even with the mix up I was out of there in no time. Will definitely go back to this location in the future. Have never gotten good service at a McDonald's until I visited this location
I tried to contact the Albany Ga location on Dawson rd and it was no response. Phone number listed is not a working number. I purchased about 26.00 worth of food and these two strawberry cream pies you can’t EVEN BREAK them nor BITE them . They are OLD and So HARD I may have broken a tooth. These were my favorite ones but unfortunately with this happening I don’t even think I want them EVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION. My kids love McDonald’s but I have never had any great experiences. Very disappointed ‼️
McDonald's does not have a $1 $2 $3 bundle. It's actually more. This doesn't include tax?the nuggets are overcooked & old. Had to go back & return the food.
It took 45 minutes from ordering to getting food at drive thru window. Hamburgers were cold and fries tasted like they had been refried. No McFlurry available at all of any kind. Menu said said they are not available. Would suggest going to a different McDonald’s not this one if you want McDonalds. Store 5973 at 2615 Dawson Rd, Albany, GA
The inside dining area was extremely hot as if their ac was broken. My guess was that they didn't want people to eat inside. It was cooler outside so we ate outside. They also put very little ice in our drinks. I had the fish sandwich and they only put a half piece of cheese on it My husbands burger didn't taste right. I also had an upset stomach right after my meal as I was leaving there. I will not be going to that McDonald's on Dawson Rd. anymore.
This place need to hire a new staff of people because some of the menu items are thrown together like they just don't care about appearance just getting people in and out ,filed a complaint about a spicy chicken never got a call back poor management and overall poor business. They need to hire people who care about people food.
You can never get anything fresh after 5 no matter how many times you ask all they’ll do is reheat your food. They’re very lazy. Unless it’s the light skin male employee. I highly doubt you will enjoy your experience at this McDonald’s.
Shout out to Tony. We are traveling in an RV so I went into this very busy McDonalds (inside and out) to get two coffees. I had to order at the kiosk but before I did, I asked Tony if I had to wait through all the food orders to get my two drinks. He said no and that he would make them while I placed my order at the kiosk. Two minutes later I was back in the RV. Thanks Tony for the great customer service and the friendly smile.
At 1120am, only had one car ahead of me and I still sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Service was very slow. When I finally pulled up to the window, the young lady was making drinks..ok, cool. The line behind me grew all the way around the building and there were now 9 drinks on the counter. After several minutes, the lady acknowledges me and says "Don't worry, I'm gonna get you". She then walked off and came back and started stocking cups. She walked off again and came back and stocked more cups. She then asked me what I ordered and proceeded to grab a bag to give me. However, there were 3 more bags behind mine sitting on the counter. So apparently my order had been sitting there while she stocked cups.I asked her, has my order been sitting there this whole time and her response was "no, not really" and she walked off again. Terrible customer service. The food was not very good either. Fries were warm at best (probably would have been hot if I would have gotten my food when it was ready), and my burger was mangled looking, it was not very good. Just poor customer service all around. Should have went to Chik Fil A.
Do not ever try to order breakfast after 10:29 am, they will quickly let you know it's not available. I wanted a coffee with 6 cream and 6 sugar, it was a comedy skit lasting 5 minutes before the order was understood......or so I thought. I ended up telling them at the window to just give me black coffee after once again being asked about the cream and sugar. I ended up with a coffee that had cream and no sugar ??♀️
