Remember when open until 11 meant open until 11. Not 10:42. Tell you man this young gen wants all this respect and high wages but stuff like this is gonna kill them. They do this everywhere now. If you come up in the last half hour a McDonald’s is open guaranteed some young kid is standing in the window watching you drive off when they don’t answer you at the drive thru. Pathetic
I ordered a Big Mac meal Thru the drive thru. Y’all. One of the best burgers I have. It was charbroiled tasting. Thank you.
Placed a mobile order & waited 25 minutes only for one of the cooks to get mouthy because I smiled in his direction. Then when I finally got my order home they forgot how to make a plain QP, how to count, what the difference is between sweet & unsweetened tea & I guess they were to busy to do special orders. I understand being busy but this has become a freehold thing. I don't normally say anything but this has gotten out of hand. In a good note the manager & most of the staff were polite.
I have had so many bad experiences at McDonald's but this one was by far the worst. Got to the screen and tried to order and the female kept ringing up the wrong items. That would charge me more than the cost of what I was trying to order.I told her that didn't look right and repeated my order once again. She then mumbled through the speaker that she(I) was throwing her off. You all need a better cashier because apparently this girl does not enjoy her job enough to care about your customers. Therefore I just did not order anything and drove away to keep from further altercation. Left this location and went to Dawson Rd and they are not even selling burgers at all. Highly dissatisfied and will never eat here again. At Burger King now After driving around 15 minutes trying to get food after the leaving fireworks. It's a 0 for me!!
Worst McDonald’s in Albany. Slow, employees are rude, and the managers are no better. No type of customer service. I ordered on the app and paid for my food I literally waited over 30 minutes for them to overcharge me, not give me what I paid for and tell me they don’t honor in app purchases.
I purchased the breakfast and the chicken biscuit was hard and dry as if it had been over cooked. It wasn't even warm as if it had been sitting out all morning waiting to be purchased. There was only one car ahead of me but I spent close to 10 minutes in the drive thru line.
Slowest fast food restaurant ever! I could've and should've gone to a sit down steak restaurant and would've gotten my food faster. This is ridiculous. Waiting 15 minutes in the drive through to finally get to order screen only to have to wait another 15-20 minutes to get someone to talk. Multiple cars driving off. The people that had ordered ahead of me had received their order and left. I finally had to drive to the window to place my order and got yelled at for doing so.
Too much salt on the burger, I also asked for only cheese and got everything on it. I've head a saying that food service is a thankless job, and I believe it having worked in a restaurant before. So thanks for getting my order wrong and ruining my dining experience.
Went by at 8:30 AM on 3/8/22 and the restaurant was not open. Watched several cars attempt to order in the drive through line, but no one was inside and there was no sign saying they were closed. The website states that they are open for inside dining. Only the drive through is open.
McDonald’s is having a difficult time of meeting the need’s of it customers. The truck drivers boycott and the rising gas prices. It caused them to not have what I wanted. Staffing was also an issue that is by plaguing this location. But the food I wanted was not at this location. So I traveled to another location.
