Wordt McDonald's around. First there is two speakers to order in the drive thru. She only seemed to care about the 1st speaker. So we ended up going in. Got our iced coffees already watered down and barely any coffee taste. Water and milk was basically all it was. Seemed like the people working there are the kind that would spit in your order if you complained. Manager in sweats and slides. So trashy
This place is an absolute joke! Here it is 11am and they told me to hold at drive through. I obviously hold but 5 mins go and still no word about anything. So I decide to go in with my son to get his happy meal. The door is open and I wait. Then 2 mins later the lady at the counter said the lobby is closed. The door is open and no sign on the door. So I had to wait back in drive thru. Yeah I could have left but my son really wanted a happy meal for completing his chores and that was our deal. As I'm waiting in line at drive thru, three employees come out of store and start joking around and going in and out with nothing in their hands like they are just wasting time. And this is not the first time something like this has happened.
I wish i could give this one zero stars. We waited 30 minutes for two burgers in the drive thru and there was no customers inside. 4 employees were joking around and smacking each other behind the counter, they gave us the wrong drinks, fridges were open and it was FILTHY. as we waited by the window for our cold and BURNED sandwiches and un salted fries, people were driving out of line and i wish we did as well. Please dont waste your time on this one, it is worth driving a little farther to another fast food place.
This is the worst Mac I’be ever been. All staff are on the phone! They are not paying attention to the customers needs at all. To get simple ketchup and barbecue sauce , so we had to wait so much time !Woman cashier didn’t want to take out order, she sent us right to the kiosk! When our order was ready, woman didn’t call us. Never again will come back here, so unfriendly and careless staff and bad atmosphere here.
I recently visited this location’s drive-thru and had the unfortunate privilege of listening to the cashier’s entire conversation through the speaker before my order was taken. I sat for several minutes waiting to be addressed but had to say ‘hello’ to get a response! Did I mention I had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong at the window! Zero customer service and professionalism. I get these kids are young but not too young to not know better. It’s confirmed, common sense isn’t so common.
Terrible experience…we stood at counter while employees stood around talking. Finally we asked if someone could take our order. We were told we had to order from the kiosk. Once we ordered we waited another 10 minutes on our food while we watched and listened to them joke around, eat ice cream, and use foul language with our 10 year old son present. Once we got our food and went to get our drinks the drink area was filthy. Definitely will not use this location again when we travel thru the area.
I placed my order on the app and when I confirmed I had arrived it said that it would take 5 minutes and they would bring it to me, I sat in my car for thirty minutes before going inside to get my food. And other people were also waiting and were still waiting when I left. Never coming back.
6/12/2022....did not think you could get a bad egg mcmuffin . YEP u can. Old Bread cold raggedy bread egg shells doughy bread....I tell you what just shut Mcdonalds down. You try to give them your business and for what....
They had me sit for 25 mins to wait for a pickup order for my delivery job. Then I drove back to the drive thru then they told me they gave my order to someone else.. I called the customer and they never received their food nor asked for a different delivery service..
There are 2 in town that I will never be back to and this is one of them. I walked inside to place my order because the drive through was so backed up. I ordered my food and ended up with the wrong food and they decided they would just add to it some of what I ordered. While I waited up front for 40 minutes I watched everything to see why this location had so many issues. In the time that I waited about 20 customers walked in from the drive through one at a time complaining their order was wrong. I call tell you why because they were playing the entire time I was there. PLAYING not balls to the wall working but playing! No I dont think any of them that does not hussle deserves 15-17 an hour!!
