Rude workers at drive thru at slappey. Did my order wrong. Questioned at speaker told her no. Repeated order. Took time so I assumed she was correcting it…wrong. Then mad that I told her it was not what I ordered. I don’t have time to argue with someone so I took the food for the trash and I will absolutely never ever return to this ?hole.
Buffalo strip meal was horrible. I go here everytime I come to Albany. The last two times I have went were poor. This last time was horrible. The buffalo strip sauce taste different it was nasty. The chicken strips were skinnier than my index finger they were so crispy and hard I couls not eat them. The food quality is goibg down from the last two times I have visited. The buffalo strip sauce was barely there. I waited almost 30 minutes in line for food that I threw in the trash. I am not sure if they have new management or ownership but the food was horrible a total waste of time and money.
Chicken taste like oil is burnt and needs to be changed, Ordered a four piece with Side and added okra as a second side. Got four pieces of chicken with no sides tried to call for two days no answer very disappointed this restaurant has went down hill!

They need someone who can count. If I order a 3 piece they give me 2. Need to take time with their orders and make sure they are right. Too many careless mistakes to name them all?????
Only thing I had to eat all day was the chicken wings and the fried green tomatoes... I GOT SICK!!!! could have come from dirty grease or it could have come from the young lady that kept licking her fingers and bagging food.

I give a 5 star purely because I believe in Maryland’s. Been eating it for 33 years now I believe. Fried Green tomatoes and Liver Gizzards Combo is my go to. Love it. The bag smells so good, I can’t hardly wait to get home. Tater tots for the win and the prices are fair. Speed is decent as well. I like the additions they throw in like Smoked Ribs.Today I went and got the usual but wanted to try mashed potatoes. They were HORRIBLE. Please go try KFC & Church’s mash then taste yours and you’ll see the difference. Mashed potatoes tasted like paper bags. I never order other people slaw because I know they should be able to make instant mash taste well.I still give Maryland’s a 5 because everything else was great. The Customer service was Great at the service window, she talks like we’re family.
Food was amazing there is no wonder why there is a line around the building most days. From the fry time on the chicken being perfect to the sweet heat notes of the Buffalo sauce and the perfect crunch of tater tots with just a hint of an onion seasoning ..the coleslaw some of the best i ha e ever had ...perfect sweetness and not too dry at all...the food is worth the visit and the line it's one of those hidden gems in a local community that we should all support
