The pizza is always great, the staff are all very nice and, orders and pickup are always very easy.
Awesome. Quick delivery. Still hot. A delicious mix of ingredients when I took my first bite. 100% satisfied. Will have leftovers for breakfast.
Order from Marco’s best pizza in town, owner and staff are the boom , very friendly
Very good pizza. Reminds me of time stationed in Sicily. Highly recommend.
Do better Marcos. I don’t understand why you fought so hard not be a decent human and help someone carry out an order they just paid for.
Order the hawaiian chicken with a thin crust no bacon and ham. It was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly.
Our pizza wasn’t that good tonight. It’s normally really good. The only reason I am leaving a two star is because. I felt sorry for the workers there tonight. They really were trying so very hard to get orders out. The wait was extremely long as well. That’s everywhere now though. I am a cooker at home, but my son wanted Marcos tonight. We wasn’t pleased at all. There were some nasty attitudes as well. I didn’t take it personal though due to the workers being overworked and most likely under paid. The team effort tonight though was outstanding. The owner should really do something special (raises) for the faithful ones he had there tonight. Wish them all the best of luck and a Merry Christmas! I was an overworked under paid employee once. Feeling appreciate and finically stable as employee is all we ask for.
We ordered delivery from this store online on a Sunday, and they called us to let us know that their driver wouldn't be in until 1:30 PM. We let them know that was fine, and confirmed delivery would be after that. By 2:30 PM, we still had no pizza even though the online tracker marked the order as on the way starting at 1:30. We called the store, who told us the order must be somewhere else because they never got it...even though there is no other Marco's in Albany. We even confirmed that the number that called us to confirm delivery was theirs, and have email confirmation of the order. The person we spoke to was not willing to help us besides essentially telling us we were out of luck, so now I'm out like $30. Would absolutely not recommend.**EDIT**Well, we ended up getting the pizza delivered to us at 3:11PM, a total of 1 hour and 41 minutes late based on the estimated time online, after being told it wasn't coming. As a non-surprising bonus, it was cold. We called Marcos again telling them we weren't paying for this because we had since picked up other food, and in another unsurprising twist, they attempted to blame this fiasco on us by telling them that we gave them the wrong address, that they were understaffed, etc. After being put on hold twice and listening to more never ending excuses, they told me they couldn't do anything. I told them I would be disputing the charge on my credit card. They then told me they would refund the pizza, but only after sending the driver all the way back to pick it up, clearly attempting to guilt-trip me.All-in-all, if I was trapped on a nearly deserted island with nothing except one lone Marco's Pizza transported from Albany, I would sooner chew off my own limbs for sustenance before dealing with that horrendously awful restaurant again. To anyone reading this, literally any other restaurant in Albany would be a better place to go to. Even picking up food lost on the side of the road.
