Me and my co worker went there and the food was very good, the service was was real good, I will be going back soon, I went back today and the food was great, the service was very good ?, I will be back real soon...love it

Came from out of town for a bite to eat, arrived about 45 minutes prior to closing and was aware this was a close gap however bartender was super rude and didn’t want to make drinks. Any time I’ve visited this location they’ve been extremely nasty. Our server, Jose was sweet and very nice unlike the balding bartender. We will NEVER visit this location. Not even for the chips and salsa. Please work on your customer service because it’s pure trash. Please stop being rude and rushing black patrons out when they are the main ones keeping the business afloat
For the most part, all Americanized Mexican food tastes the same to me. They do have good chips & salsa, queso & guacamole. But the real reason to go here is their far superior MARGARITAS!! Best in town!!
This place is very popular and it's packed to maximum at peak times! But the service is outstanding and fast! Delicious food, great daiquiris. Best mexican you can get.

The customer service was AWFUL today!! We had prearranged our Christmas luncheon from 1-4. The date and time had been confirmed with manager again the before. He assured us we had the room until 4. When we arrived, the manager had scheduled another party at 2:00 in the same room. He was rude to my staff members as they explained what we had planned and why that wouldn't work. I had another staff member call to other restaurants to see if they could accommodate a party of 33 on short notice. Blackbeard's came thru!! I offered to pay for the chips and salsa and we left.Don't lie to get us in there!!! If we couldn't have the room at that time, just say that (It could have been stated on the prior day when we called as a follow-up) but don't expect to get us in there, stay, embrace your error, AND pay you. That's why we have choices in life and your restaurant is NOT the ONLY restaurant in town! And we blessed the waitresses at Blackbeards for accommodating us and for Christmas!! Happy Holidays!!
Amazingly good foods , seasoned perfectly. Decor was nice, very clean environment including the exterior. Our waitress Maria did an outstanding job attending to our needs and of course others as well . Foods portions was very satisfying. I’m looking forward to visiting again ?
Remember most places you go currently the service may be a bit slow due to lack of workers. That being said our service was good. And the portions and quality of the food was very good. We were a party of 6 and everyone was pleased.
Reyes saves the day!I placed a to go order expecting everything to be correct and delicious.When I arrived at home and opened the containers the food wasn’t right. I immediately called and discussed with the manager, Reyes. He helped me understand the subtle difference in how to order and replaced my meal without charge. He truly exemplified customer service and compassion. Thanks Los Vaqueros!
