The service an food was great.. the staff was nice an the food was good didn't have to wait along time
The fish tasted freezer burned . The fries were soggy . The coleslaw was yucky . The place has really went down hill since the pandemic .
Don't bother with the app. They have no concern for you if you use the app, just go in and order and wait your turn, you get a better meal that way. Otherwise it's whatever they piece together between other orders and it pretty much is the leftovers. Don't bother.
I know prices went up for inflation but why did quantity go down though? A side of coleslaw for $2.49, and it was in the smallest container I ever seen, maybe a 3oz container? Then it was only half full...for $2.49 more I thought atleast about 6oz. I paid $13 in some change for a number 1 with a side of coleslaw. If it would have been for me I would have take it back, but my elderly mom was hungry and waiting. She looked at the coleslaw and was shocked how small it was. It looked like a condiment sitting in the box with the food. Just sad!

Well I love Long John Silver's always have but the last two times I went there to eat at the one in Albany,Ga. and there was hair in my fried in my fish and when I went to let the supervisor know because he was the one who took our orders when I showed him the hair fried inside the fish he turned around in the kitchen and told the young lady who was cooking"Girl you better put on a hair net you put hair in this lady food" and that was it the second time my daughter and I went again 2 weeks after the first time I got hair in that order as well I don't know what's going on with Long John Silver's but it's BAD BUSINESS ?
