I went through the drive thru. First of all I had to wait 7 minutes before getting my order taken. 8 minutes later I was finally at the window to pay for my order. Did I mention I was 2nd in line behind the one that was already sitting at the window. Idk how long they've been sitting there. They were asked to pull forward.Anywho the cashier takes my payment and gives us our drinks. She then asks us to pull forward. There was a car and truck in line behind me. They were given their orders and wasn't asked to pull forward. We ordered Krystals with cheese and some fries and classic and chili cheese pups. After waiting for 10 minutes some one finally comes out and hands the first car their order. They go back in then for about 5 minutes then comes back out to us without our order and says they got our burgers cooking and she's dropping some fresh fries so they could be hot when the burgers come up and then she'll have our order to us. So we thanked her for the update. She stands outside having a whole conversation with her friend then goes back inside.Here she comes 10 minutes later with our order. We checked our order. Everything in the bags was cold except the fries. Wtbs we waited 40 minutes at a fast food restaurant for cold food.
Awful! Worst experience ever. Paid extra for cheese, and they didn’t even add pickles to the burgers. On top of that, employees were short and rude. Never going to this one ever again, and I hope all the employees are fired and replaced.
Check your food or go somewhere else. Waited 10 minutes before I could order. Got 3 Krystal’s. You can tell that they had been sitting up somewhere. Onions were brown, the edges of the bread were hard and the sandwich was COLD. Just disgusting. They simply put the cheese on top. I took it back and showed it to them only to get a “That’s how our Krystal’s look.” I asked for my money back. The cashier (manager’s daughter) went in the back showing them the food and like normal “they don’t see anything wrong with it”. The manager proceed to process my refund and say “How you asking for a refund on a whole meal but you didn’t bring the drink back. I said are you serious. She the said “I’m not go worry about it though”. I will not go to this one again. The manager had gold finger waves and daughter wore glasses.
Drive-through cashier was friendly. Ordered a couple bacon cheese Krystal burgers and the loaded tots. I was asked to pull forward and waited over 8 minutes for food to arrive. But when it came out, cashier was apologetic and food was good.
Prompt service (when eating in),fairly clean and not super busy in the morning.
Ordered a sackful combo. Fresh, hot, and fast. Nice staff. Respectful and professional. I definitely would eat there again.
Let me save you some time and frustration. Get breakfast, lunch, or dinner from Chick-fil-A. Service is still A1 there.
Everytime I go there's someone rude at window. One time I was told employees called out ??♂️so no one there to fix food. Just yesterday get to window told only Krystals and fries available ??so I wanted 24 sackful combo. Was then told not available so I asked can I get them available was told no there about to close?: I have no idea of there hours they seem to change each day? . ?️?️I really think the Krystals on North Slappey should just shut down. Its ☹️embarrassing,? upsetting? and just disappointing. I keep wanting to try again but I am always just let down? Customer service is at a negative.? I hope something changes soon!?
And to think.. I almost thought that customer service was dead in Albany!From the time I got out of my car, there was a gentleman employee holding the door open for me and my 8 month old to enter.The young lady at the counter was like a breath of fresh air!! She was so so kind to me, took care of me with a SMILE!No fuss no muss!! My food came out piping hot, gosh it was soo good! I ate my babies tots and had to go get more. I got the pick 5. The Krystals were SPOT ON!!The Tots were that perfect kind of crunchy. Maaaannn THANK YALL!!The young lady's name was Shay & the fellas name was AJ.The manager was Melissa
The wife and I were dissatisfied. Haven't been here in awhile, decided to try again. Fries were hot. Noticed they were different. They were on, but like the old ones better. She asked for 3 cheese krystals, no pickle. On top of the 5 I ordered. They had pickle, were sloppy, and were cold. It's hard to eat a cold burger.
