It got off to a slow start, but it turned out great, great customer service, food was good, clean Restaurant, overall it was good.
Love the burgers here, I had to stop cause we don't have a Krystal any more..so I try to stop by often to get me some Krystal...love it
Took 20 to 30 min to receive our sackful. The employees were friendly though.
I usually love Krystal but next time I will now order only the burgers and Sweet tea! Their fries really seemed to need an oil change because several particles were sticking to them. Maybe it is just a gimmick to make them more crispy but it did not sit well with me. The Chili cheese pup I gave to the neighborhood cat after one bite and it made me wish that I had gone just a little farther down the road to Jimmie's Hot Dogs!
Employees pay more attention to personal matters than they do customers
Had to repeat my order about 4 times but I said to my daughter she must be new and I understand that completely but my order was all wrong and wasn't that hot. So I was very disappointed ?
Our food was fresh, hot & good!
Service was moving pretty slowly, and our order was incorrect. They did make it right, though, and you can expect service to be slow in the middle of the night.
1st time eating here...was better than expected. Burger meat kinda skimpy, but tasted well.
