The service was so quick even though there was a huge drive thru line and line inside! All the employees did a great job of getting everyone their donuts.Every single donut was freshly made and hot. I had some leftover the next day, and they still tasted just as good as when they first gave them to me. Best Krispy Kreme I’ve visited in years.
So the donuts were good as usual, but they're Hot donut sign was lit up outside when they didn't actually have any hot donuts. So if you're going there expecting hot donuts because the lights on it might not be what you want.
They are supposed to open the dining room at 330, but folks were still standing around in the heat at 4. We decided to go through the drive thru, but it took forever. This place isn't like any other Krispy Kreme I've ever been to.
Came by at 620 am as we were headed to the Albany Airport, tried to enter at front door but was locked, which was odd bc all the lights were on and had all the donuts in the display case, sign on door said they opened at 6, but literally not a soul in sight. Finally spotted a woman sitting down in the back, she motioned for us to go thru drive thru. Ordered 1 dozen of chocolate and glazed, when she handed us the box, it was cold and I noticed that I couldn't smell that delicious donut smell like I usually do. After trying the first and only bite, I realized why, they're old donuts. You would think at 6 am, you'd get fresh donuts. But thinking back to when we at the front door, I noticed there was literally nothing going on with the donut making equipment. I don't think they are actually making any donuts in-store, i think theyre shipped in from somewhere else and then just taken out and put in the display cases. I could get cold and old KK donuts from Walmart or a local gas station.
5/22/22 - Today's Cinnamon Rolls terrible. Undercooked, raw in center, sticky glaze. Probably not completely thawed before they cooked them.
Customer service is literally among the worst. No surprise though. I called to inquire when the hot light will be on. The lady told me from 4pm to 8pm. So I replied "oh ok so it's on now" "no" was her answer. I said "I'm sorry I thought you said 4-8, it's 7 now" she came back rudely with "I know what I said" it's ashame businesses continue to do nothing about the absolute rude employees that are hired just to fill a spot.

I just love it “here” !!! I don’t like doughnuts at every Krispy Kreme because they don’t all taste the same. Whenever I visit, I stop at this KK and the doughnuts have been AWESOME!! Some KK have glaze that’s opposite of this sheen seen here (the glaze is white and too thick). I loved these though! Fluffy! Yeasty! Just the right amount of sweet and glaze. Fresh! Keep up the good work!
Got off work and went in to pick up an order. Unfortunately, the order hadn't been placed BUT the "HOT" light was on. Called a few people and ended up with 3 different orders. The lady working there didn't skip a beat. She had my order in record time. She told me she loved packing up an order for people while they were still hot. Great experience!!
The cashier could be a little more friendlier, but overall service was good and they actually had their promotional donuts left.
