I had a good time every time ive ever gone. I feel like the spicy and hot levels should be spicier and hotter. Only downside is they never have soap in the women's restroom. I swear i hate that i cannot wash my hands there after eating with my fingers??♀️. I’ve been 5 times since they’ve opened and they have never stocked it.
Came here for lunch. Catfish and fries were awesome. I dont drink alcohol but my crew that accompanied me said their drinks were on point. Customer service was on point. Food and drinks were so good we came back the very next day.
Dine-In June 24: The alcohol was on point. However the appetizer was greasy; looked and tasted like it was dropped a second time in the grease. The crab cluster was over cooked(steamed/boiled) and could barely break open. The shrimp tasted great and were not overcooked. I would recommend backing off the salt/season salt. The seafood taste was overwhelmed by salt. This was my second time dining in. I have had better experiences with take out. I was also charged extra for asking for my season to be on the side and not added. No cracker for the crabs were provided when the meal came out. The server was polite and the overall atmosphere was good.
Hands down this is some of the best Seafood you will find! Its pricey, but worth every penny. I highly recommend you use the bib and gloves! You won’t regret it! Enjoy!
Went there for lunch on a Saturday and was seated almost immediately. Our server promptly took our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu and answered our questions since it was our first visit. The food came in a reasonable amount of time and was fresh and hot. Depending on what you get, it could get messy to eat which in our case was is in proportion to how delicious it is was! Our server was attentive throughout our meal and made us feel welcome during our visit. The food was very good and we will definitely be back for another visit!

Very disappointed in the take out. I eat here often and usually when I sit in I don’t have any issues but today when I placed an order to take-out KC wings for me and my family. When I came home assuming that everything was going to be good we learned quickly they were hard, dry and it didn’t have any seasoning just tasted like butter poured on them. I always pay for additional KC sauce on the side as well it didn’t have seasoning either. I called to speak to the manager tonight and thought the young lady put me on hold to get her. The young lady hung up and never called back..I tried calling the location for over an hour and now she won’t answer the phone at all.
We waited 25 minutes to get our drink orders taken and after another 20 minutes still nothing.. very few people in the restaurant so there was no excuse.The server finally arrived and took appetizer order.. still no drinks.. the server was not well versed on the menu items and half the drinks we ordered were not available.. We decided to leave.. it was an awful experience! Never again.. went across the street to the Juicy Crab and had an awesome experience!
For the price eating utensils would have been nice.
The King Claw in Albany superceded the one here in Columbus. Cory was our server and bartender and his customer service/hospitality was amazing. I ordered the King Claw boil with hot seasoning. It was amazing! I haven't been to any other seafood establishment and gotten what I asked for. The drinks are made perfectly to taste. This was my first time visiting Albany and I really enjoyed my experience.
