The reason for the low score is for the past 3weeks I've gone to this establishment around 10 30 am and yet to have gotten in or waited on through the drive thru. Then as I wait, your workers then decide to make their appearance to work. Once in, the manager acts as if I was the cause of this place not being opened on time. Everyone here needs serious retraining or termination. I won't be back anymore. Apparently they don't want my business.
Service was good food was fair the tea well I threw it out
Takes forever for food but great. Also big hole in drive thru almost bust my tire out for a bucket.
Management should've had a "LOBBY CLOSED" sign on the door at the West Oglethorpe Locale in Albany, GA. Plus, it didn't help that they are short on help and, as a result, they had no chicken pot pie available.
If you want some good KFC fried chicken, this is the place to go! It has a nice location and service as well.
We live out of town and have a 40 minute drive to this KFC. 3rd time stopping on the way out of town, first 2 times order was wrong when we got it home. Checked before we left the parking lot this time and of course....it was wrong. Called and told them so we wouldn't have to sit in a long Line. Sat and waited and never came out with missing order. Had to wait in line once again. Horrible service!!!
The food was pretty good. The prices have definitely increased, but at least the dining room is open again!
Awful dry chicken and hard biscuits. Had to repeat order 3 times and it was still wrong. They were out of things we wanted to order. What we did get was hard and dry. Don't waste your money.
the take for ever i waited for more than 20 mins just for 4 peace meal. i don’t recommend this place
Everything was great! The staff was awesome! The food was hot, fresh and delicious!
