I went around 10:30 this morning and the workers were working as hard as they could with only 3 people to run the whole place. I gave it 2 stars because while we were there the manager was being very rude to the workers and not once offered them help to speed things up. They should really learn kindness and patience before running a restaurant

This is the worst hotdog place in Albany, Ga the service is terrible the production time is ridiculously slow. It literally took 15 from the inside for 3 chilli cheese dogs. And they were made so sloppy and slow if I could give them one star I would the other hotdog king's are pretty decent but this one need a complete staff overhaul expeditiously. Oh yeah this is what my hotdogs looked like when I opened them just disrespectful and unacceptable!! It I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not buy at this location it's terrible!! I didn't even eat them I just threw them in the trash. Not only was it a waste of time and money but it totally ruined my day and appetite it was just disgusting!!!

The lady that works at the window is extremely rude. Hardly acknowledges or greets you. She always has a nasty attitude every time I go. The food is ok here . Stay away , the one on Pine is better !!
The hotdogs ?was good, they service was not bad and me and the family will stop by the next time we is up that way..
Great food but slow as hell when handling people in the drive thru. Most restaurants make sure the drive thru goes fast, but this place makes sure the deive thru is handled last. If you want faster service go inside. The drive thru is not is.

I came to this location once, had a long day, really needed some lunch so why not here? Not a good decision on my part. I asked for a chili, cheese & slaw hot dog, what I got was just a chili hot dog. No slaw, no cheese. The women who were working at the time were talking to each other and didn’t even notice that I pulled up and acted as if I was interrupting THEIR day when they finally acknowledged my presence. When I placed my order the woman asked me three times to repeat what I had said so it’s still a wonder to me why my order wasn’t right. Needless to say not coming here again. Can’t get an order right, wasn’t even that good. Customer service is terrible, get better workers. I understand it’s just a job but if you want returning customers then maybe be a little polite? Courteous?
