Worst food ever! No service! Had to order at the counter.
Placed an online order on Q Menu. The app wasn’t working properly and charged me even though the order did not go through. So I went in to order and pay with cash instead. Upon entering, I heard someone behind the booth speaking but they didn’t come to the counter until another order was brought out from the Kitchen. If she would have at least said she would be with me in a minute but no greeting. I explained the situation and she gave me Q Menu’s number. I’m still trying to reach them..was on hold forever. The veggie lo mein was good, but the Crab Rangoons were over fried, tough, and didn’t taste fresh. Will never come here again.
Horrible customer service. The Chinese lady working didn't seem to know what customer service is and anything about manners.Food was just so-so, but I recommand other Chinese restaurants where you can enjoy delicious Chinese food at the same cost.
Food was very good, but the service is horrible. The lady at the front which was also the server was very rude and on her phone the whole time. Please and thank you goes along way. I asked for a Arnold Palmer and she straight up and down told me no, one or the other cause “other people” said she ain’t make it right so she ain’t making it at all….??
We ordered online for take out, we orded online the change of ownership has changed and also the food at that time was still good but over time it to had suffered. Last night we ordered Lemon Chicken and egg roll, and Sesame chicken fried rice and egg roll. We sat down to eat and when we looked at it no one said anything the lemon chicken had maybe a table spoon of the lemon chicken with very little lemon sauce it was dry The Fried rice had a very strange taste to it which was very disappointed the egg roll had purple cabbage in it and tasted very strange I hope they turn it around this is why places close.
Quoted one price over the phone. Got there,it was 10 bucks more. She argued with me for 15 minutes and still charged me for items that weren’t in the bag. Never again. The food is basic at that!
My sister told me about this place a couple months ago & things finally worked out where we could go try it. We had the lunch specials which automatically come with fried rice, an egg roll, & the soup of your choice. She had the sesame chicken & wonton soup. I had Mongolian beef & egg drop soup. We both enjoyed it. We both said we'd go back, but we still enjoy Chinese places with a buffet more.
Only restaurant open on X-mas. Good food. Great prices. Thanks.
I went to Hong Kong Cafe for the first time I was received well and the food was delicious very authentic I ordered a seafood platter and everything was cooked just the way that I like it I would recommend this place for anyone who wants authentic delicious tasting oriental food .
Food wasn't as good as I had remembered. I did not like eating with plastic utensils. Service was just okay. Overall, it wasn't bad.
