Horrible. Bad customer service from the drive thru to dine in. The one in Valdosta is the best.

I must say the food is delicious and generous portions.Best fish n chips in Albany!The staff were friendly and very courteous.Olivia took our order and was so professional, patient and kind.Customer service here really made my day brighter.We met the manager he was friendly,welcoming and professional.Thank you all what a great team of people! Will be back!Also,try their burgers too It was amazing great portion also!
The front counter customer service is bad. Cashier and customer just cursing b*** this b*** and didn't even acknowledge me standing waiting to take my order, they were just going back and forth. They didn't care about nobody in the lobby they just cursing. Not a good at all... And neither did any other cashier acknowledge me period. They just kept on walking and talking. My last time..
The brand has the best breading for shrimp or chicken, hands down. This location doesnt do shrimp for lunch, or baskets under 20pc at all. The staff is less than helpful, I'd ony use the drove thru if i came back to this location.

This place isn’t the same when it first opened up when I went the food was salty they put wayyy to much salt and they never add crack or extra like u want they always adding to much or none at all and they pink lemonade is not enough sugar at all.
