Been eating here for years and they have good food. Ordered food tonight and they messed it up. I called them, got put on hold, then they hung up. Call back, it was 8:53 and they already turned on their answering machine. What happened to being opened til 9 meant being open til 9.
Amazing food, but NEVER and I mean EVER answers the phone. Then after you call a few times it will go to busy. If they would fix this side of their customer service they would have 5 stars all day.
Clean and the hostess was knowledgable about the menu, however, the food was bland and not presented well in the takeout containers. A lot of containers given for a little bit of food. The best part of my meal was the sweet and sour sauce I used to flavor the rice.
I was excited to try this restaurant being that the ratings were high and I was craving Chinese food. The total price of my plate was $14.95 and I barely ate a fourth of it. The chicken were too big & unappetizing; the rice wasn’t horrible but it’s also not the best. There’s also a sign in the store that states no refunds or exchanges so there was no way for them to make this right. The staff was courteous and the wait for my food wasn’t very long.

My first trip and the experience was delightful. Quality, quantity and value were all superb. I had the Hot & Spicy Pork with fried rice Will definitely order this again. My wife had a chicken dish and was equally pleased. They place was very clean, as well. Our order was taken promptly and the food arrived before with finished the soup. Service was quick and pleasant.
The best Chinese food in town. Great customer service here, and the restaurant is always really clean and comfortable.
Absolutely amazing food way under priced for the quality and quantity this place is definitely the best deal on the food anywhere around this area. Check out the picture I posted got every bit of that stuff in the picture for only about 12 bucks and it was delicious. Thanks Limomike
We placed a large to go order over $50. We were told to pull up to the drive up window for pick up. When we arrived we were not greeted but instead asked by a girl doing dishes what we were doing. We came inside to get order. They did not prepare my garlic chicken but instead made a snow pea chicken that was flavorless. The rest of order was correct but just mediocre at best. All of the vegetables were over cooked.I would not go back to this restaurant.
Love this place. Used to go all the time until we moved. When I'm back in Albany I try to eat hear at least once. Highly recommend!
