I order a Coconut Iced Coffee, xx. It didn't taste coconut at all. It was watered down and seemed to have x cream only.

I like the frozen caramel coffee and usually get an extra shot if caramel. For the past few weeks they have not been able to make this drink because of some part or ingredient. I'm really stuck because this is only 1 of 2 Dunkin Donuts and I'm not driving across town to the other. When all is good, tho, the workers usually do good with getting my drink right!!

Well never thought I would ever have to write a negative review for Dunkin, but here we are!! My son and I got the same Iced French Vanilla coffee but instead received watered down terrible iced coffee and says original coffee NOT French Vanilla! Its terrible, my son ended up pouring a full cup out and throwing it away because the taste is awful!! You managed to make the worst coffee ever today, negative stars was what your service was aiming for so it's too bad that I can only give 1 star!

After a very long wait, staff at the window approached me to advise that a woman reported that I skipped in the drive thru line. Not that I owed an explanation but the woman was IN THE STREET, not in line and I waited behind her for a while before getting in line. I thought she was parked at the daycare as she had no blinker on. The car directly behind her assumed the same as they went around her too. A word of advice to staff: You aren't the coffee police. Tune was wasted asking me about skipping that should have been used to move the drive thru line along?

Tried to place an order in the store to use an in-store only Dunkin Reward. Cashier said she could not take the order at the counter since she didn’t have cash in the register (we were going to pay by card) even though the lobby was open and accepting take-out orders. Cashier did not offer to place the order at the drive thru register that was active.

I only received 1/2 my order without realizing it, but was made aware before leaving driveway. Asked if employee could run it out to me, and was told NO. In fact, the server was very rude about it. I'm sorry, but the error was on her part, and then to have attitude....not pleased. Customer service is EVERYTHING people!!!

Second time in a row getting bad coffee and not what I ordered. One more time and I'm done with this place!

Coffee is awesome but the food yuck throw it all away ??
