We went there the drive thru and the young lady who took our order and handed us our food was rude. We received hard as a rock donuts and a mango pineapple refresher that was too sweet.
I don’t know what is going on with this location. The employees are generally rude, they lock the doors early, they look at you expressionless if you ask about donuts. I wish the owner of this establishment was more involved with their business.
Great food. Nice staff.
The young ladies there are very friendly and sweet. Our breakfast was delicious, especially the hash browns and coffee!
There were people outside of this location begging for money. One even had the audacity of trying to open car doors while patrons went inside to grab their coffee. The two staff members didn’t care about their jobs, or how they treated treated people at all. We witnessed somebody in the drive through order a large iced coffee, and they gave her a large. When asked to correct it, they added more ice (so much so that there was virtual no drink). Then come to find out she was supposed to have oat milk the whole time. They told her to come inside if she wanted anything fixed. As for our order, the coffee tasted sour (I do not even want to know why). This location has no business being in business. 0/10 would not ever recommend.
My morning experience is ALEAYS GREAT!! I had to patron the Dunkin on Dawson Rd and definitely didn't experience the same courtesy or fast service. The lead person in the mornings is always kind and delivers excellent service time and time again. No matter how busy it is!
Stopped by for a quick treat with my 4 yo godson. We love the apple fritters and oj.. (he enjoyed watching the traffic going by on slappey and the building of new bus station across the street.)thank you for an enjoyable experience with my godson! Looking forward to more visits in the future-
Dunkin will always get a 5 start raising from me. I grew up on dunkin and I will continue to get coffee or anything else from here until the day I die honestly. There coffee is the best and it's not over priced compared to Starbucks and now redowl. Love love love me some dunkin.
