We visited GA this week doe business and decided to get something from DQ and Googled DQ in Albany GA, leading up to this site..So as usual I view the menue online and found smoothies ON THIS VERY SITE and when asked the rude and disrespectful women that seemed to hate their job about to close, they sarcastic said " We sell ice cream no smoothies and in the background you heard the others laughing while the sarcastic girl on the speaker WAS TRYING to make us look/feel dumb for asking for something on their ONLINE MANUE..either way hire professional, respectful women If you want your business to thrive. Btw..we asked for a banana split and what they served us (without spoon or anything) was disgusting looking.

Service was slow even though the drive thru didn't have many cars and the blizzard was over loaded with the chocolate turtle and hardly any ice cream and very melty when given out the window...couldn't even eat it stuck it in the freezer and haven't eaten any more...also when I asked for extra hot fudge on my grandson's sundae didn't happen guess they are running low...not very good experience ? that's why we hardly ever go...
Went to DQ today and excuse was our kitchen is on fire the day before was our system down day before that we having difficulty.. My question is why lie… I usually place a big order because of special needs kids… This is sad at this location and this was never like this… After looking over comments DQ team is not following up on it…
This location has to be the worst DQ ever!!!! The food is bland, sloppy, and not the least bit fresh. Customer service or even just common courtesy is non existent. You're apparently not allowed to ask a question without being looked at as though you're stupid. They won't speak unless spoken to and are extremely rude when they do speak. They need a serious attitude adjustment and a class from DQ owner in Sylvester, GA on how to run a DQ. Next time I want Dairy Queen, I'll spend the time and money on gas just drive 35 minutes to the one in Sylvester where I can get tatertots and a wonderful experience guaranteed.
The sweet tea was sour and my salad look like it was about four days old!Updated about 3 years later. After the pandemic was so glad to see that they were open for dine in. I'm a sit down at a table kind of gal. Staff was extremely friendly, place was really clean. I ordered a rotisserie chicken basket and wound up with a fried chicken salad, not sure how that happened, but I accepted it. Food was good. Much more impressed than I was 3 years ago when I was here!!!!
This deserves 0 stars!! I ordered 4 chili CHEESE with onion hot dogs! What was so complicated about that?! No, instead I received chili and onion! How lazy and incompetent these workers are! There are plenty of people who are looking for work and could do better customer service! Management needs to do better! Either take care of the customer and listen attentively or don't work customer service, especially fast food! Ridiculous to say the least!
My husband went inside to get us a ice cream cone their was 6 people behind counter and only one was working the person at the drive thur!! No one wanted to take his order just standing around not doing anything!!! Bad! need better training
i eat here too often because of how convenient it is for my schedule. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order plus undercooked food. the staff is very unpleasant. Yesterday i asked for a manager and was hung up on.
They never have what I want they don't carry the blueberry sauce for the blueberry Sundays if you ask for marshmallow sauce it's only used for the smore blizzard like why can't you just let me great just one time in my life
