Great food. Servers broke glasses and plates, dropped several trays. The lights hanging above are warm and cozy but are negated by the spotlights shinning in the faces of those trying to enjoy their meals having to look down instead of enjoying the company of their dinner guests is something to be on the list of changes. The food is delish though

Was hesitant about eating here because of the known racism but my friend wanted to give them a try. I placed an order online for curbside service, waited for it for over an hour, called inside to ask about it. I was rudely told the online ordering system gives out the wrong times and there were still three orders ahead of mine (after waiting for over an hour). I then told her I would like a refund. She said ok and hung up… I called back inside. Another young lady answered the phone and told me they couldn’t give me a refund because they didn’t know how. She told me to hold on to speak to the manager. After holding for 15 more minutes, the manager got on the phone and said he would call me back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. So no, I will never again try to patronize this business. Albany Ga

For several years since I retired, my wife and I have been meeting other family members here for lunch. This time was the best. We were seated promptly and waited on and served promptly and professionally. All were friendly. The food is always good but the service was exceptional. Good times!

My wife and I aren’t from Albany and we had been at Phoebe Putney all day. We were tired, exhausted, and HUNGRY for anything other than hospital food. We arrived at 15 mins before closing. I asked would they still be willing to serve us with it being that close to closing time and they enthusiastically said YES!! We were treated so nice and kindly by ALL the staff we came in contact with and our meal was delicious. I’ve frequented this particular Cracker Barrel on more than one occasion before hand and I’ve always had a positive experience. This just put the icing on the cake. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!!

Great service and great food! Wasn't busy at all. Store and bathrooms were clean. Didn't meet a staff member that didn't greet us; even in the parking lot as an employee was coming in for her shift. This is our place from now on when we are visiting Cusseta/Lumpkin area. Honestly... Better than any location back home in Florida!

Literally the worst restaurant food I've had in my life, and I'm a Boomer. And Ive eaten in several countries across the world, some underdeveloped, and in many states within the USA.Other than the fried catfish, which was not fried long enough, nothing of my meal was "fresh". The fried okra was at least 2 days old. The hushpuppies were at least 4 days old. The cole slaw maybe was not old, however it was so liquidity I would call it soup. And finally the bake sweet potato was more than a week old. I consistently purchase sweet potatoes from the store and bake them at home and put in the refrigerator. Usually 4 sweet potatoes I each one a day. The last one of my 4 which has been in the fridge 3 days tastes about a week fresher than the one served to me today at this restaurant. This sweet potato was hard at the edges and dry in the center. A sweet potato with no wetness is one that was cooked a long time ago, and sat out. Or one that has been in kitchen uncooked for over two weeks!!! Pics added. Via eyes only judge for yourself.

Really good food. Loved waiting on the rocking chairs out front. It was busy. Beat the rush and come early or between meal rushes. Our server was very pleasant, food was delicious. It was very loud in the dining area being so full. While we've eaten at many CBs, this is the first time I've noticed that there really isn't a lot of sound deadening material.

Service is Terrible but food great. I quit going to this Cracker Barrel after getting bad service a fee times awhile back. But I had the wife with me this time so decided to give another chance since she wanted to go. Went in and had to wait to be seated. Not busy at all just no one manning the host table. After seated waited about 15 minutes and no one came to table. Went asked for manager. The manager never came but waiter did. We were the only table in this waiter section. Which there were only 7 tables in the restaurant that had people so they wasn't busy. The waiter did a good job after acknowledgement that we were there. So will not go back. May just order curbside pickup as food is great.

Worse place to eat tonight. Service was the worse. Food was cold. Wait staff was more worried about family then paying customers. Manager could care less about what was going on in DR. Almost 2 hours for a meal. The waitess that waited on us worked her butt off and she wasn't even out waitress. Ours was wearing a holey clothes, hair looked like hadn't been washed or combed in several day. Very rude. Wouldn't even wait our table. Too worried about her kids, taking them into the kitchen. Most of the wait staff cared about her and the kids.

Ordered an online order with this Cracker Barrel. I placed the order at 6:55 and was told food was to be ready at 7:20. I arrive at the Togo parking and do the check in online at 7:22. No one comes out for ten minutes so I call. Then was told my food would be ready in about another 8-10 minutes. So I wait and wait some more for a total of an extra 20 minutes on top of my already 20 minutes or so wait. So it is now 8:00 roughly and I decide to go inside. They had a line for Togo of three people one who was waiting for thirty minutes another customer waiting for close to an hour and then another lady waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes. No one apologized they kept coming up with excuses that happened over an hour ago none of the food was ready and still had to wait in the store for an additional 15 minutes. Then I get home my food was room temperature and had the smallest spoon full of food. The managers were rude and didn’t apologize. One manager was named Joseph and then there was another lady manager. I had a friend work and quit from this Cracker Barrel and I can see why. They are disorganized and don’t understand the importance of customer service. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.
