Wait time was too long and the person taking the drive thru orders seemed as if she didnt want to be at work. The food was good.

Absolutely atrocious. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just for them to forget my cookout sauce. Had to eat my food dry because no one answered the phone after I left. So 1 star it is.

1st time eating here and wish they had one local to me. Great food, fast service & very friendly staff.

Was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and the price was just right :-)

Was at the Drive thru and no one was there. So I pulled up to the window and the cashier had an attitude like I was on her timing and she was waiting on me. Then had the nerve to tell me to pull back around and she’ll take my order. OR YOU COULD’VE JUST TOOK IT AT THE WINDOW SINCE I ALREADY PULLED UP AND YALL WASNT PREPARED WHEN I WAS AT THE ORDER MENU.

Fast and friendly service and custom milkshakes are easy to ask for keep it up folks

Waited a hour in line at 1AM then get to window and wait 10 minutes to get my money collected and food only 1 line is running not even 2 lines pathetic… employee reached head out window to see how long line was and then left window open and said yea I can go home.

The chili was cold and tasted like wet dog food smells. The fries were cold, and my BLT had no lettuce and 3 of the sorriest pieces of bacon I've ever seen. On top of that, we had to wait in line for 20 mins just to order, and the person takin our order wasn't kind at all

Friendly service. Good food. Great milkshakes. Very good prices. Just always busy and the drive thru can be slow. I think it's worth the wait though.

First time going to a Cook Out (not from the area). Saw the bad reviews and decided to give it a try anyway. The drive thru staff is extremely hard to understand. Very muted and garbled when their voices come through the speaker. That is a common complaint and no one was lying about that. No one was rude, no one was talking about you on the speaker (or if they were you couldn't understand anyway). Got the cheerwine float (yummy) and my husband got one of the trays (no complaints). However, their honey mustard wrap is a joke. Around $4 and all you get is a medium tortilla with one small fried chicken tender, thin sauce and a piece of lettuce. What. Had to go to Wendy's around the corner so I could actually have something filling for dinner.
