Went there this past Sunday for lunch-At 1140am, they was outta spicy chicken breast patty for sandwiches- so we went w fried chicken meals (LoLs ??)No cole slaw, mac & chs, Corn,.. only sides they had were bombers, fried okra and mashed potatoes. Out of dr pepper, no lemonade available and told nobody's had time to make any tea... ???Quite sorry.. I am sure there were lots of angry people after church who went across the street to KFCHopefully they're able to get store restocked properly and find workers who can make tea...
In my opinion, the food is good and mostly fresh. The meats and side items are seasoned well but the chicken be quite greasy at times. The drive-thru could be much better and faster; i actually spend over 18 mins getting my order, from pull up time to exiting with my order. Church's has good sales and I'd return back any day now.
My aunt and uncle wanted it. I drove up amd it was sooo busy. I walked inside and bet the rushed and busy line. They enjoyed it and it was hot and fresh.
This place had no ice for your drinks and bathrooms out of order. I told the employee that I actually had ice and she stated that there policy was that you had to use there cups to get the drink.

The last few times I have gone, my food has been horrible!! Old refried chicken, fried over and over again okra, apple turnovers were so old they were brown all over. They haven't had ice in the past 2 months. It will be a long time before I go back.
Employees were very rude and me and my husband even got cussed out as soon as I asked to use the bathroom. I went to Krispy Krunchy Chicken instead, where I got food without arguing.
At times, the associates have negative attitudes while others are down to earth. When cooked properly, the food is delicious but alas, that's not always the case.
I love Church's Chicken.... Nothing more to say except I wish I could eat it more. It's just my Saturday diet cheat day treat!!!!
Usually when I go here it's good but this time I was very disappointed. My meal went from 6.99 and total ended up being $14 I understand there's to be an upcharge for upsizing, only way I see it jumping like that is if they charged me for my 2pc meal then added my sides as extra orders, and not just upsizing my sides, my biscuit looks like it's over saturated and un appetizing. I'm on my lunch break and didn't have time to go in and get it fixed. Hoping they do better next time, this was just an overall disappointment.
