As always just grab a chicken salad bowl. The seasoning on the products especially the fajita has changed alot taking away from the whole experience for me so had them add some sour cream to give me a kick. Just before the Pandemic this used to be 7.36 now it is 9.67 so yes the prices have gone up. Was my go to place for being budget conscious during the week.
I love Chipotle's even though I don't consider it Latin food like they do. This particular location does not seem to be as great (freshness, preparation etc) as other locations in Arizona, California and Florida but it's still good.
Totally love the food at Chipotle! It doesn't matter what you get here- you won't be disappointed.. our faves are the burritos (huge & filling!), burrito bowl and the tacos. Love being able to make so many choices whether it's the variety or amount of meats, toppings or types of salsas.. everything is fresh and w huge portions!
I went for lunch today and I was the only person in line as I started to place my order. I was asking the employee who was serving me a question when another employee, a short Chinese guy, rudely interrupted my conversation and attempted to cutoff the conversation and rush me through the ordering process. I immediately told him to hold up. I started an order for two chicken bowls but I changed my mind after the way I was treated. The Chinese guy took the bowl of rice and chicken and threw it in the trash right in front of me with a very “I don’t care” attitude. After I paid for my order, he dropped my receipt in the bag with an attitude and turned away. I then said to him, “You need to work on your attitude.” Then, he said the same back to me and processed to drown out my response with, “Bye, bye, bye!” I really did not appreciate his rude behavior and I will not got back!
Mmmmm Chipotle, half the flavor of Taco Bell at 5 times the price. First thing you see walking in is a note saying they have no meat except for shredded beef or pork. Then they will tell you they don't accept cash payment? Over $15.00 for a burrito and a soda with little to no flavor is just plain depressing!
Pulled up to chipotle at 635 went to the door and it was locked with a sign that did sorry online orders only. So I politely went back to the car and placed order gave pickup time for 705pm. Went back to the door at 710 and was told they closed at 7 and they stood doing orders at 630. The girl stated I had to go online and ask for refund this was a week ago my money still has not went back in my account it would be great to get better staff or send workers from other locations. Also if the location is closing early they should automatically stop online orders at a certain time.
The atmosphere is not as inviting or warm as in the past. No greeting when we entered, even as we were the only ones that were in the restaurant at that monent. The staff seemed indifferent to us and just going through the motions to get us out the door. We did arrive an hour before the new closing hours, so who knows.
I’ve been here twice, both bad experiences. First time they closed an hour early even though myself and another gentleman had already placed our orders and the worker told us to go online and get the refund ourselves (which is basically impossible) and so I wasted $20. The second time I ordered here I walked in told the girl my name and she handed me the back. It wasn’t until I got home after I basically trusted her that it was my order I found out it’s not at all my order. Wasted another $20. If there’s a “R. Lynne out there I’m sorry it wasn’t my fault…
Don't order online or using the app. I placed an order on 3/21/22 using the app, which stated the restaurant was open until 10PM. When I arrived to pick the order up around 7:25PM the restaurant was closed. After knocking on the door I was greeted by an employee that said they were closed and my order would not be made. The employee said to go to the bottom of their website for a refund of the money that was taken from my account for the order. Of course their was no easy "refund" button for me to click so I had to go through a half hour process of filling out a contact form. I now have to sit and wait who knows how long for Chipotle to reach out to me to get my refund.
I just walked in only to be refused service because this location only took orders online. There were no signs stating that. I am not from the area and googled this place to see if it was open and it says this location was open as walk-in. Who is the owner and why no one put up signs saying stating it was online only. I asked a employee and she said she didn’t know and yet still refuse to take my order. If I could give a lower rating I would because the service sucks.
