We had a large party, twelve people, several separate checks, split appetizers, alcohol, picky kids, we were the absolute worst. Our server was friendly, fun, and got everything right. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at Chili's.

Chili's, Albany GA. Ate lunch here yesterday. Food was good. Spent $35 but realized today I was charged $52. Spoke to the manager about it and was told that I was lying. That I was only charged the correct amount even though I had it on my bank statement. He said it was my banks fault. Very shady person. Check your bank statements if you eat there. I disputed the charge and will never eat there again.

My food was over cooked. The sweet tea wasn't sweet and was watered down. The server was polite but that was the end of her positive qualities. The place was atleast clean.

We had a good time. The food was so good. Our server was Ashley. I’m talking with her, we learned that she was actually in training. We shocked because she did an outstanding job. Definitely did not seem as if she was a new hire at all. Great food at great prices.

I gave them 2 stars because the Service was Horrible. I went here on Mother’s Day. Wow was I surprised the waitress gave us appetizers without the sauces. I waited 13 minutes for a refill on tea and to top it all off she never brought me my cheesecake and took 14 minutes of waving my card to get the check. I know they were busy but this was ridiculous. The food was Great sorry the service wasn’t.

Server gave me the wrong food after she repeated my order to me after taking it. She wasn't attentive. I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta, it was cold. Asked the manager to have them remake. When I did try to eat it, it was horrible. Toast was not cooked. Couldn't eat none of it. Server spent more x flirting w/men at a nearby table. Manager had to do everything. I did not have to pay for anything but the drinks. I still left a tip & I only did that bc my friend told me to be nice in spite of the service. Experience was a disaster.

Decent. My order was incorrect and also tasted bad. I never called back to give the restaurant a chance to fix it because it was late so I can't speak on how they handled the complaint. I will say service was nice and fast and the food temperature was satisfactory.

They get a single star because the chips and salsa were great. The 2+ hours we were there consisted of getting a single drink a piece for our booth of 3 people, no silverware until after I started dipping my salad pieces into the dressing. My pasta tasted like the noodles were from lunch and my husband's butter wouldn't even melt on the corn. Our food, that was supposed to be hot and fresh, was awful. Our server was sweet the 2 times we spoke to her. The worst part is, they weren't even at full capacity.

We had a terrible experience. Very slow to be seated. once we were seated it was 20 minutes before anyone came and got our drink order. there were several employees standing around in the back corner and several crowded around the front door. we finally got our order placed and never even received our appetizer. the food was terrible. very greasy and way too salty. I couldn't eat it due to the amount of salt that was on it. no one ever came back to refill drinks or anything. terrible service and terrible food. I do not recommend. we drove over 2 hours and wanted a good meal and we regret choosing Chili's in Albany

Ok here we go . Walked into Chili’s happily with the thought in mind, treating my two ex coworkers for lunch. Waitress was very nice. I didn’t respect our order to take 45 minutes to prepare. The restaurant was nearly empty. Thinking to myself my coworkers aren’t going to have enough time to consume their meal. To add insult. A tall Caucasian elderly man noticed an image on my shirt asking me if I known the meaning of the image . Once I explained to him what it was he replied your correct. Like I needed his approval! I was very heated after the exchange. I didn’t want to ruin my coworkers lunch , I tried my best to remain calm . Which I did .
