Hi restaurant owners and everyone else I'm sorry for this negative comments but I got to say the truth when I visited this restaurant I was waiting on the table for my food to be served when I feel like I want to go to the bathroom and I was using the bathroom when I see one of the chef or kitchen helper went in to the room to use a toilet then I was washing my hands. surprise for me I just so the guy walked out from the bathroom without washing his hands and I know it was one of the cooker because I saw him with his uniform and I just walked straight to the counter to cancel the order because I don't want to eat there anymore find out the food was served and my children and my wife was eating already so I just tasted the food I did not want to eat it because it was nasty of what I saw in the bathroom so I just try my food and i let my children's eat the food because I didn't want them to cause brain problems then Leiter the manager came to me and told me that my bill is paid of but I told her that I'm gonna pay my bill and I did pay for it because I always go out with my family and eat at restaurants and we never try to get free meal from no restaurant so I paid for my bill even if I didn't like or for what I see or what I taste but if I'm paid for what I eat me and my family deserve a good clean service so this call is for restaurant owners if you can do something to fixed that problem or create some rules for the workers that will be nice but right now I can't recommend it
Okay this place is pretty darn good if I'd say so myself the food is cooked to perfection each time. I didn't care much for the customer service of the waitresses we have had here but the hostess is very nice and welcoming. Don't expect 5 star customer service here and that's my only takeaway from this place.
Ordered salmon meal and shrimp/chicken meal. Both okay. Much better if eaten in restaurant. I really miss the onion rings though. They were so delicious. Please bring them back.
*Enjoyed a special date night dinner with my fiance here- he had heard of the place but never been to one.*Our waitress Caitlyn was extremely good, the ambience was perfect, wasn't too crowded (the 25 minutes wait was well worth it!!) once some big parties left.*We both had steaks- which werecooked to perfection, medium rare while still tender, seasoning was perfect! The sides were amazing.Can't wait to return for another date night- keep up the great work
We just left there, there was 6 t our table, our Waitress was very Sweet. But,. After a long wait, 4 of the 6 people received their food, the other 2 of us finally got our food about approximately 20 mins later, the first 4 had finished there meals, when I finally received my food it was cold, & the other person plate had a hair in it. I'm not interested in returning anytime soon.
Four years ago Cheddar was good. I ate there Saturday and the food was terrible. The waitress with the black and brown braids was really slow. She was in no hurry to get things done. I have never ever seen a waitress bring someone an appetizer before their drinks. It was almost 20m minutes before she brought us drinks. After moving to a table, it was almost 30-40 minutes before the waitress took our order. The cook, whomever he or she was put raw bread crumbs on the broccoli with rice. It was cold and looked like it had just been mixed together, never heated. I thought you had to bake it in, not just throw it up there like whip cream on top of cake. The entire meal was terrible. The waitress made me never want to eat there again. She was just too lazy and unprofesssional. I don't know, maybe she wasn't having a good day or maybe she needs to get a new job. None of the food was good. This is the reason Albany loses good businesses. We start off good and then someone comes in and get lazy causing us to lose customers. Once you lose customers, you lose business. I do not know who the cook was for Cheddars on 04/28/2022 but you need to do better. When I got ready to pay the suggested amount for the waitress was $11.00; however, I scrolled down to O. One thing about me I believe in providing waitresses a good tip because many of them are kind and they work hard, but if you don't get a tip from me you must be really lazy, tacky, and unprofessional. That girl was lazy. It will be a long time before I come back to Cheddars. I do not trust people like that serving my food. This rating is based on the sevices I received on Saturday-April 28, 2021
I ordered online (curbside pickup). There was less than a minute wait, they came out with my order as I was parking (perfecto!). It’s always nice to get speedy service, thanks.The food was absolutely delicious! This is definitely my type of eating ? so yummy… I was impressed with the flavors on each item in my plate. It’s hard to describe, let’s just say the food was cooked beyond excellent. I have no complaints. Well, there is a smaller portion of rice serviced with the stark meal and as my relative explained, the rice is a side item and should not over power the main item (steak). It was delicious-I’m used to eating a little more rice but, this went well with the entire meal-it was great! The steak was seasoned to perfection, deliciously flavored and not over or under seasoned, it was ?. I can’t wait to visit this establishment again, I’m locked in for life ?❤️. In other words, u have a new life long customer ?. Also, I like the fact that I was able to load my potato (toppings were placed on the side). The broccoli was seasoned well too.The buttery croissant ?bread-that I’ve been hearing about-it was delicious!The kids also enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders were also perfectly seasoned.This was a great meal, ☺️ thanks!
Nice fish tank. No wait time at all. Food was good but basically room temperature because our server was distracted for a very long time with another guest that was already done with their food. I've been to at least two other Cheddar's in another state and this store seems to lack a bit in the quality of service I've grown accustomed to.
Once again, a total disappointment ?. My queso was cold, told the waitress I didn't want it, but I still had to pay for it. And there was no salsa with it. My pot pie was good, but it was only half a bowl. Not worth $10.29. Are they cutting back on portions? My wife's steak tasted like cleaner was spoiled on it. She did take that off my ticket. They were not busy, but 40 min wait on food. Now my wife feels sick. I don't advise going here.
Lunch service...it was amazing fast service. Didn't have to ask for anything because she was on top of it. The food, where to begin the full rack was delicious falling apart easy to take off the bone. The meat was tender and full of so much flavor. The steak as well juicy tender melt in your mouth good. Everything was so good fresh and hot. Would definitely go back again.
