Normally, I love going to my local BK- Today, the line in drive thru was very long and several people left the line. ? It happens at times, am sure there was a reason- maybe they were going through a shift change or training new ppl.. again it happens. Look forward to my next visit to see if things are working smoothly again. Here's to doing it your way at BK..
The drive thru moves at a snails pace and that's being generous. The french fries were hot and the burgers were freshly made. I wish they used mayo instead of Miracle Whip because I don't care for the sweet taste. Guess I'll have to start saying no mayo.
Great place for kids. My kids love the amazing playground, and management has been very helpful and accommodating to them on several occasions. They definitely want to keep the kids happy.
You need someone better suited to prepare there food ,because it seem that they don't care it's more like slop then food,you need to do better!
Fast service but just like any fast food restaurants in Albany ga. The customer service needs some serious attention
The worst experience iv ever had .food was cold .got charged for 2 mills and only got one .the employee said we didn't pay for 2 .but we had the receipt. I want ever go back here .

You wanna burger you goto the king, and they run this place like the kingdom.Orders done right, and they up on time.We stopped here hungry as dogs and we left revived for our long journey to the land of Atlanta.Great price and great staff y'all the real heros. I worked in food service for years and I Never seen an expo run that well good job y'all
