Good location. One of few burger joints whose milk shake machines are usually working. Quick service.
Very clean very nice burger people were the light and the food was hot
First off the lights were off as if they were closed at 10pm, I sat at the speaker for 5 mins NO ANSWER... I literally had to call and ask if they were open! (I pulled off) After being told that they didn't close until 11pm I turned around to make my order the chick at the window had a major attitude! Placed my $30 order then was told to pull up! The girl that brought my order out, when i asked if ketchup and salt was in my bag she just SHOOK HER HEAD and proceeded to walk off! I then asked if there was sauce there for the nuggets "she put it in the bag" with her back turned to me! There is NO customer service! To top it all off there was about 10 cars behind me waiting!
Today's visit was mixed- fries on both of our combos were piping hot & crisp!! My husband's sandwich on #4 combo was soggy from too much mayo (didn't know it would be like that, next time will ask for easy mayo?).. my fish sandwich was good (asked for NO tartar sauce and got hvy pickles ???)overall- hot, crispy and flaky. Wasn't crazy about lemonade today- had a taste of powdery syrup & too lemony (are they using powdered mix w wrong ratios??) Will be back soon to see if they still meet motto... have it YOUR way!!
Visiting from out of town and I was not pleased with this experience at all. I ordered and paid for cheese on my burger, they forgot the cheese and ketchup on the burger but was sure to add extra mayonnaise which wasn't asked for. The oil needs to be changed that the fries and onion rings were cooked in.Very unprofessional environment and needs to be cleaned. As a customer I don't want or need to hear about personal drama.The positive was the young lady who saw me looking disgusted and aided in helping and the fries were hot.
I came in and everyone was standing around looking but not taking front counter order. The manager didn't even pitch in to help. I will never return again. Their attitude sucks. It's 1:45pm
It's OK. Their food portions are skimpy & as a healthy eater. Why did they change the bacon, egg & cheese bread on the crossinwiches. I wish they would put more healthier dishes on their menu.
Yeah I hit the drive-thru it was pretty quick food was good it's like everywhere else the price has gone up and you got to remind them you need a napkin
