No service on a slow Sunday about 7pm. Waited at the doorway too long to be seated (a party of 3) to be told sit anywhere you like. We took a seat on the bar side. No one ever came with a menu or to take our drink order. We waited over 15 mins, when a server came and clear dishes from the table behind us, we got up and left without anyone saying anything to us. It was not busy at all. Not the first time this has happened here. Went to Mi Casa food and service was awesome!!!
Cuz whoever the dark caramel girl was who worked the bar area and served on June 11, 2022-Saturday, around 3pm (with braces) made the BEST Bloody Mary I've ever had. ?????
I hear good things about BWW but not here. Food is edible.. most of the time. Service is luck of the drawl. I always get overcharged. Once I got charged and never got food because they changed their hours but it still accepted my order online. Do not order online as a guest EVER! They will not refund you if something goes wrong. The ONLY reason for the second star is the atmosphere during game season, but again, be prepared for it to be over crowded and a lack of service.
I've never had hot, stale fries before. I don't know what's going on at this location. Beer didn't taste right either. Chicken was better than last time, that's the best thing I can say today. Disappointing.
Never been so disappointed!!! Was told our meal would be ready in 20 min. Over an hour later still waiting. The staff was blaring rap music and laughing and cutting up in the kitchen. Onion rings were soggy. Wings were edible but that's about all I can say about them. Albany Ga BWW you need to improve.
Now I have seen everything. You are actually charging $.99 take out fee now. Now, when you go to pick up your food, it cost you a dollar to fo all of the work. That is just shameful. The prices have increased, understanable now days. You ask for a 10% tip, well, ok. But a freaking pick up fee now. My business with Wild Wings is over. You have gone too far. Where is your decency?
The waitress was awesome, considering the difficulty in finding good restaurant help these days and this restaurant off a very busy interstate. She was well tipped by our party for her attentiveness, but, they were not busy. The food was above average for a Dennys.
Walked in. Some lady yelled “sit wherever you want”Not hi. Not welcome to bdubs.No menus. I asked. She yelled. “They in the black box”Couldn’t find the black box. She got irritated that I didn’t know how to do her job.All the tables were dirty. We went to so outside.Nah. Patios closed….This place needs a manager ASAPWe just left.
This place is amazing. The restaurant was clean. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. All of the staff was helpful and Peachess went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. I'll definitely be going back soon. Thank you for the outstanding service. ??
I have never been so angry in my life. After being seated, my family and I waited 20 min for a waiter to take our drink order. No one showed up. We tracked down an employee who finally got in contact with our waitress. Once our food arrived the waiter was never seen again. No drink refills, no silverware, nothing.. I had to get plastic forks and knives from the to go counter so we could eat our food. I also had to get our to go boxes from that counter. We waited another 20 min to get our check. We advised the manager of the situation and received a bland apology and our drinks were removed from the check as compensation. I will never go to this establishment again and I will tell everyone I know how terrible the service is. Please do not put yourself through the same misery my family had to endure.
