The Calzone is great!! The first time it was awesome. Each part was filled with meat and cheese. The second one was good but not really filled to the edge like the first one. Overall good food.
Horrible customer service.I placed an online order at 6:28pm and it said it would be ready at 7:00pm. I arrived a little after 7 and waited for 30 min before being acknowledged by the staff. They then proceeded to take care of 3 Grubhub drivers before even addressing my order. I will not be returning to this place. Finally left with my order at 7:39pm.
I called in to ask what the specials were, then I ordered a 2 topping large pizza but they rang me up at full price (15.99) instead of the special price (11.99) because I didn't say I wanted that special (ummm I think that was implied)... It was the same order! The host cashed me out and when I checked the receipt I noticed the error but they wouldn't give me the difference... Very poor customer service.

This is like my 2nd kitchen great service and delivery. Awesome all around the Pizza is awesome along with everything on the menu. The chocolate cake don't forget to order that as well ?
today my family and I went to have lunch. we saw 2 employees. neither greeted us. we asked if we could eat inside and they said yes. we sat down for 10 minutes with no one offering us drinks or menus. I called the manager to no resolve or apology. very dissapppinting.
I hate to give 3 stars but I'm being completely honest here.. it all looks great but it was not that good. My pizza and corn nuggets were not cooked all the way and just tasted bland. AND I asked for pineapple on my pizza and it's clearly not there.The banana pudding was just okay. I've heard so many good things about this place so I will definitely try again and re-review. I'm hoping it's what everyone says it is next time.
If you are looking for a great locally made pizza then this is your place. Crust is what you would expect in any pizzeria in NYC! Toppings are generous and tasty. I also suggest the bacon cheese fries as an appetizer. They were awesome! Highly recommend!
Great place. Great food. Atmosphere is very nice. Staff are very tentative. Definitely would recommend this place.
