Wanted to try the new burger. 7:30 p.m. Friday night. Went to Arby's and was told that I couldn't order a burger because the patties were frozen. Drove across town to the other Arby's. Was told the exact same thing. Do better Arby's. ?
Pulled up well before closing time (6:30 PM) and they refused to serve us, SAYING THEY ARE CLOSED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Such genuinely wonderful people working at this Arby's location, I've always been greeted with a smile. Plus the drive thru moves at a good pace. My food was fresh and made with care. Other fast food restaurants should take notes from them on customer service. Wish I lived a little bit closer to this location.
Food was ok but took 45 mins to get my food. So my co workers had already ate and had to wait on me
The service was FAST and FRIENDLY. I was greeted with a smile ? and very polite. I will definitely recommend Arby's on Dawson Road located by the Albany Mall. Tammy Covin-Jones
RUDEST employees I have ever experienced. Just plain nasty attitudes and obviously can’t take orders correctly.
The staff at this Arby's were great. So friendly, and the food was just right. Would return to this particular Arby's again.
