Absolutely horrible. I’ve already contacted the restaurant for a refund. Every piece of my food was tough, chewy, cold or all the above. I received a fraction of the cheddar bites I should have. Half of my cheddar bites were fresh, but the other half were tough and cold. I asked for my chicken tossed in buffalo. They were all cold and tough, and they barely added any sauce to it. The bread was so tough that I literally couldn’t pull it apart into pieces without significant effort. It was really gross. To top it off the fries were cold. Literally every bit of my meal was horrible. I just want my money back.EDIT:The manager has refused to send me a refund unless I drive all the way back to the store. I live 45 minutes away and have explained how difficult it would be to make that drive just for a $12 refund. I asked that she simply send a gift card for the $12 since I paid in cash and they refuse. I have seen other retailers do this before with no issues at all, but she refuses to budge. I just want my money back. I’m not asking for anything more than my $12 refund. I don’t understand why that’s such an outrageous task. I have had to send multiple emails to them just to receive one response, and the response is always “you’ll just have to come to the store”. This service is one of the worst I’ve ever seen.

Literally the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I tried to wait for my online order at the designated area and no one would even look at me. If you’re going to keep the online orders behind the counter, have an employee to manage it. I finally got in the order line and the employee was rude when I told her I wanted to pick up my online order. She had seen me waiting there but didn’t ask me to get in line or acknowledge me at all. I tried to get two other employees attention behind the counter but they wouldn’t acknowledge me either. There were plenty of people behind the counter, two that looked like managers, so it’s not like they were understaffed. Don’t order online at this location if you can help it.

Online order from App took 20 minutes after my pickup time. Staff was rude and trying to tell me I ordered from wrong location. After I showed them my phone and that I hadn’t, the other worthless girl said someone else must have taken it. A girl in the back speaks up to say she was waiting on the grilled chicken for the salads. When I finally get my food, the chicken is burned and charred; and more importantly, cold like it came out of the trash can or something. And, of course they can’t refund an online order because their card machine hasn’t worked for a while. Never had a problem during the day, but this night crew knows nothing of customer service and obviously has no real management. Pathetic!

My son was in the drive thru line tonight right before they closed coming back from a soccer game. The car in front of him took several minutes to order and he ended up at the window two or three minutes past 11, which is their closing time. Everything else around was closed and he begged for them to take his order and they told him “there was no more food”. Way to bring no service when they literally served the car in front of him. I worked in the restaurant industry (full service, not fast food) for years and if a customer walked in right at closing we all stayed and served them. This is hospitality. Next time we will go to CFA. This was not a pleasure.

The G.M. at this store is Awesome she is the hardest working woman I've ever seen in the fast food industry. She deserve a promotion and a Raise. She really and truly need to be recognized for her good job performance.

Tables were dirty, trash cans were overflowing on there floor. Food was getting done reasonably fast but they weren't calling people's names and a big crowd was waiting for food that they didn't know was sitting on the counter. I didn't see a manager and this crew needed some guidance.

The wait time is atrocious, and the food/chance of getting the wrong order is hit or miss. The drive thru line is super slow and stagnant AS ALWAYS so after waiting 10 minutes and not moving, I opted to go inside. It took them at least 7 minutes to address me, and even longer to actually take my order. There is absolutely NO sense of urgency, no sign of efficiency, no "let's get this done" attitude in there. It shouldn't take that long to make a salad. It sure shouldn't take for me to come check on the order for you to give it to me, I thought that was the purpose of giving me a number. After all of that, my order was wrong...AGAIN! Small, dry tenders that look like you airbrushed some sprinkles of the sauce on there, hard cold fries - just ridiculous. I won't be coming back to this one anymore.

Went through Drive thru Fried mushrooms were freezer cold, went in to complain all the workers INCLUDING the Manager on shift was goofing off being loud The drive thru was packed with other people waiting to order but the staff didn't seem to care. Manager redid my Fried Mushrooms Got home and had to throw them away they were not fully cooked was mushy and tasted nasty

The zaxby's on Baker road in Acworth is a complete joke. All current employees should be terminated and this zaxby's should be shut down until it can be reopened with all new and trained employees. THE MANAGER HAD NO IDEA THAT A ROTTEN SALAD COULD MAKE SOMEONE SICK!!! on average, it takes them 5 minutes per order so I hope you have a lot of time to wait on these sorry employees... Once you've spent 30 minutes in the drive thru, you get to park and go inside because your order isn't right (this is a typical experience at this location)?. How could the owners let it get this bad? Bad owners, bad employees, bad food, bad zaxby's.

The chicken wings were tough and tasted like the didn't clean the chicken. The chicken fingers were dry and dang near burnt. The fries didn't have any seasoning and finally my drink tasted like that raw sewage odor that's in the air around here. However, the young lady at the counter was friendly, polite, and cheerful.
