I stopped in on my lunch break to try them out because I just started working in the area and I was so happy with that decision!!!! The sweet lady that took my order was very knowledgeable of the menu items and extremely friendly. The restroom was spotless and stocked! They have definitely gained a new regular customer!! ???
Over Priced and Overrated. No consistency on your prices (online delivery, pick-up or ordering in person are all different). The wings are the smallest you can buy. Very dry and no meat. Not worth the time or effort... Publix has better wings.
We've been looking for a burger joint like in California (i.e. Main Burger, Chris' Burgers, Jim's Burger) but had to settle for restaurant burgers until now. Never thought a place that serves chicken fried rice would give me that taste. KUDOS!
Large portions, food quality is good. This is definitely my go-to spot when I need something quick and tasty. Prices have increased since they opened. The cost of ingredients have gone up so it's fair to pass on the cost to the consumer.
I agree with a lot of people. This place used to be so good 4 months ago used to eat here once a week. Then all of a sudden it was hit or miss. Wings used to be big and juicy with lots of flavor. Now you get Zaxbys horrible dried up wing overcooked. Used to be up in the price range. Used same food I order for 5 people used to be 54.84 now the same amount of food is 72.14 and food is hit or miss. They used to be a kids 4 wings and fries for 4.99 now 8.99 but it's 6 wings you can get 10 wings for 10.99 makes no sense in pricing. Their burgers and fries are like $18 and always a long long wait.
Absolutely terrible. Over priced undesirable food. Wings have no flavor, cheesesteak is very poor quality, the atmosphere is lacking as well. Highly would not recommend. $42 for two people is outrageous! Avoid, do not waste your time!
Ordered via Doordash. Entire $100 order was wrong. Missing items, random stuff thrown in, 17 bucks for a burger that was the equivalent of a dollar menu item at wendys. Soggy wings and fries. Food wasnt good enough to justify another visit.
First and last time I’ll ever order from this place!Sign says close 8pm, arrived before 6 told close at 6:30, went to restaurant to eat in dinning room, told had to take out, ordered $45 worth of food unfit to eat, shrimp taste like rubber, ordered shrimp and flounder told no flounder so gave me extra inedible shrimp. After waiting 30-40 minutes( which I didn’t mind, thought would be fresh) and rushing us out ( closing 6:30) I said, I want to make sure I have everything! No cold slaw in either of the meals, to be told we are out. They are rushing us out the door knowing I don’t have everything I ordered, offered me extra fries!!! Really can barely close lid there’s so many fries!!!!Worst food, service ever, ever SAVE YOUR MONEY
When the place was first opened the food and service was great. We went at least two times a week. Now the service is hit or miss. Everything from 'humming bird' size wings to bland fried rice to waiting 45 min. plus for an order.Don't know what happened, but probably the same as with most restaurants. Few staff members, new cooks and not being trained properly. I purchased an air fryer and make my own wings.
The staff here are very unprofessional and their attitude is very unfriendly. Every time I order a takeout here, I have to wait a very long time.
