This place is a joke, 3 employees sitting around dancing and playing with no customers at all and inform me I can’t place order inside I have to do it online. I sit down to order on the bench in lobby and watch them continue to joke around and then the phone rings and their response to each other is I’m not answering that it’s too late and they all laugh it off and ignore it. The place closes at midnight it was 10:15.

This is the fourth time I've ordered the same thing. I was yet again missing the cheese sauce that comes with the combo, and yet again I ordered crispy fries. If these soggy fries that we waited for are what tou consider crispy. Then you must serve raw fries as regular fries. Thanks for taking our order, but not getting it right yet again is why I won't be back. I'll go to ricks
I've tried to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt but every time I order from here it gets worse. The food quality is sub par and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I refuse to patronize this business any longer.
Today was the first time the wife and i had wing stop... people were great, wings were, and mannn!!! Idk what they put on there fries but they were amazing!!! Great job guys!!
Patient, efficient & friendly staff. They went the extra mile to bring a side of fries to my young daughter while we waited on our Togo order.The boneless wings & fries were well worth the wait. Thank you so much!
They are didn’t give me ranch with my order and Steven told me her couldn’t give me the ranch I paid for because the store was closed now , he said he was the manger but he clearly isn’t fit for the position
Usually have an okay experience with them, but tonight I found a SCREW in my meal… a legit screw. I have tried to call multiple times and they won’t answer.

I don't care how good the chicken is or isn't. The woman answering the phone needs to be FIRED! She was extremely rude and WE will not EVER give you OUR business again. Other places to buy chicken in Acworth DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
