Came to dine in, at least we tried. It was too freaking cold. The server was gracious and apologized. We ordered our food, seemed to take forever because of the cold fan blowing. We couldn't stand it any longer and asked for it to go. Crossed the street, parked in the warm sun and enjoyed our hot, delicious breakfast. I gave it 4⭐'s due to the cold.......AND.....Yes, we did tip our server. It wasn't her fault. Watching all the employees there work together as a team, during this cold season and in a cold environment would make anyone return. I pray their heater got repaired.
We showed up with approximately 10 people after a wedding, 5 minutes before close. Robert and Shelby were in their final stages of cleaning up, ready to close, but they not only took our orders, they did not give an ounce of attitude, and Robert made us incredible meals. Having worked in the food service industry before, I sincerely appreciated this experience and hope someone at Waffle House corporate management sees this and gives them some recognition.

Beware if you come in to order togo. They offer an extremely limited menu on to go orders that does not make any logical sense. For example: you can order a cheese steak bowl, but not the sandwich.The nearest location is on Cobb parkway-they have adequate staff and offer a full menu whether ordering to go or dining in. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further, you’ll be disappointed otherwise.
We were seated immediately. The service was excellent, the food was hot and good.
They just reopened the second shift with one cook and one waitress. It is sad what this country has become as far as being able to have enough workers to be open.
Always have had a good experience at this location. Fast service, good food. Can recommend them.
Updating 2017 tip - pandemic has brought changes. $1 original burger is gone & “always open” tradition is traded for 7am-2pm. Pecan waffles still the star, but the <$5 Angus burger good too.
