The service was nonexistent!!! The servers were too busy gossiping about each other to wait on their customers. We were greeted with “you want something to drink”. No “good morning”, “do you need a menu”. It was visibly obvious that she didn’t care about customer service. At one point three of the four servers went in the back. We had to ask for refills and salt & pepper. What irritates me most is the sign posted on the door, “ Be nice to our servers who showed up to work today, they are working hard to serve you.” How about you be nice and attentive to your customers since that is why you have a job.
I just left this waffle house with my daughter..the food was great the service not so much ..the waitress literally only came to the table to take the order drop off the food and bring the check ..no refills never came to check how it was (it was missing the cheese) never asked if we needed anything..an we tried to get someone's attention to no avail
Great cook and waitress. Charles Beavers was quick and friendly as he cooked and the waitress was just wonderful ?
They were out of gravy which was especially sad but they were friendly and super accommodating to my group of 7. Overall a great place!
I tipped 20% on my bill earlier this week. I looked at my credit card statement today and saw that they added more of a tip than I signed for. It was only a small amount more than I signed for so it wasn’t worth calling about but this is shady.It’s too bad because the food was good. Wouldn’t come here again.
It's always a great place to eat when you don't want to cook or in a hurry. They are in your neighborhood.

Good food, excellent service. They took care of me fast, and I was ordering for 3 ppl. Very friendly too.
I'm new to area and never been a waffle house customer. But this place has charisma. The cooks name is Robert and the waitress is shelby. They are you everyday hard working people with the heart of gold. I swear there's a glow to them. Promise I do not need zoloft.lol. between the two they make the food seem to be 5 stars. No matter what's going on they give everyone a smile to remember. Management need to take notice.
This location at least answers the phone call, and were sweet on the phone.. however they forgot my bacon, and I am sad about that.. so 3 star as of now, Will give them another chance and adjust my review as needed.
