Always, ALWAYS, check your bag AND if you have a receipt before leaving!!!Most, if not ALL the times we go to the drive through, we are missing 1-3 items due to their lack of attention especially when you order from both restaurants. In total I'd say me and my family that does order have lost in total $100-200 in the past 2 years from missing mac and cheese, biscuits, tenders, fries, tacos, gorditas, etc. And it is too late to go back to ask for the bought item and useless if you were not given a receipt at all. We lost a whole crunch wrap supreme MEAL today because they weren't paying attention, and it was not at all busy so that cannot be a reason to not pay attention
The order was correctly done the wait was extremely short I went inside and they took care of me immediately... It was correctly done the food was neat and appealing to look at and it tasted great everybody was upbeat and working fast. Enough said..
Save yourself the trouble and don't come to this Taco Bell. Not only do they have new workers every other day, they have zero training and are just thrown into the mix. So this causes very long wait times (upwards of 30 minutes) and forgotten items/wrong items in orders.Every 4 times out of 5, they end up leaving out an important item from my order, usually the chips and cheese sauce in whatever speciality box they have.The first time it happens, whatever they made a mistake. Everybody makes mistakes. Second time, no biggie, third time is the charm. Fourth, fifth, sixth time? It's abhorrent. How do you not know your own menu? I don't know. Even after emphazing that I need EVERYTHING I order, they assure me it's all there and I get home to find that they forgot 2 or 3 separate things that I ordered. At this point, I'm losing money and the workers don't believe you when you come back to get the rest of your order because guess what? They throw away the receipt and when you ask for the receipt they say they can't pull it up and print it out a second time.Save your money, save your time, and save the gas, because this specific store is inept and the management is laughable.
Absolutely horrible. Been going here for a year but recently they just stopped caring. Today I went and waited 20 min in line then after I paid they forgot my order! I seriously had to reorder at the window. When I finally got my food, it came cold and half the order was wrong. Absolute nightmare.
So slow. Slow taking our order. Slow making our food. Just avoid this location altogether.
Completely useless staff. Served frozen potatoes..missing items and sat in line for 20 minutes. How people are so incompetent and incapable to cook food set to a timer or see what’s in a bag is beyond me.
Food was wrong yet again and y'all want 15 an HR good luck cashier's are really slow had to say our order three times for them to get it wrong plus didn't get a receipt when I asked for one the husband got the new chicken taco sandwich which are really small by the way and I wanted the same thing but received two hard beef tacos instead
Terrible food tacos taste like steak and gravy for the mash potatoes. Everybody had an attitude will never go back ever again to this location.!!!!!
This is a convenient place to go when my family wants KFC and I want Taco Bell for the good vegetarian options. My only complaint is concerning the beans. I ordered black beans in my food and it had pieces of meat in it. I am not sure if they used their own recipe for the black beans or dropped some meat in it, but I know the black beans are supposed to be vegetarian. If you are vegetarian, just order refried beans at this location. Never experienced anything like that at any other Taco Bell. Staff was kind and made me new food with refried beans and it doesn’t seem to have any meat in it, but I’m a little shaken up after biting into so many pieces of meat in the food I initially received.
If there was a option for no stars, that’s the review I would give. Awful service, never get order right and yapping with one another instead of getting orders from customers.
