I typically don't write a review unless it's positive but today I feel compelled to inform the owner of this location how bad it really is. I keep returning in hopes that Covid and all the staffing issues QSR's are going through is the reason things are going so badly.I literally asked at one point if the location was closing because they are always short on inventory. 9 out of 10 times they are out ofsomething and tonight no different. I told my husband to go to this location because it was convenient but as we began ordering, we were quickly informed we couldn't have anything that required fryers, so no chips. Really? We just left and went to the Barrett location. This will be my last time to give an opportunity to redeem . I did read the other reviews and rude employees is also a big issue. Why would ypu Ever let your business be run like this?

Never order from the Taco Bell app at this location. I have ordered 4 times on the app from here and every single time when I get there to pick up the food they always say we are sorry we are out of this item. There was a time when they didn’t have anything I ordered. I already paid for it and they said to cancel the order on the app, But they already processed the order so you can’t cancel. I have lost at least $40 worth of food They don’t have and I can’t seem to get a refund because The customer service is no help either. This is just a failed establishment and needs new management.

Just tried to order a burrito…apparently this Taco Bell is undergoing some sort of maintenance, and they are only offering Long John Silvers today. Ok fine. However, the woman at the drive through was quite rude. After we ordered, she just said it “wasn’t going to happen”. We had to press for an explanation, and got one that was flippant and dismissive. Whole new level of bad customer service.

Worst Taco Bell location hands down. Came to the Drive Thru 3/19/22 and was told they were closed at 5PM. No explanation. Came back today 3/20/22 after placing a mobile order and the app saying our order was ready for pick up. Go inside and the man at the cash register who was extremely rude said they’re closed and not making any orders. Asked how I could get my money back since the order was already paid for. Again really rudely and short he told me to call corporate. I asked for the number and he said oh I don’t have that just google it and walked away! Complete and total disrespect. Hope this franchise gets shut down.

Oh my gosh I've been to some really terrible taco bells but this one takes the cake. Terrible customer service (rude, unprofessional), I paided with a gift card that had a remaining balance, the lady asked if I wanted it back. I asked if there was a balance and she said no. I asked for it backed and checked online and there was a balance. Half of my order was skimpy on all ingredients and half of my order was wrong meat, etc. I am astounded that my experience was so bad at a taco bell I actually am writing a review. Go anywhere else. Let this poor restaraunt die.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!! Where is my meat in my burrito!!! Even my fiancee didn't get meat in his!! Like come on now this is the worst you guys have done!! It literally made me disappointed and not wanna eat it... all it was was bean and lettuce! Who would want to just eat that?

I bought over 80 tacos and the Lady who was working called me fat and yelled that I was going to be HUGE after eating them all. On her name tag it said Kate so if you could make sure that she no longer works there that would be great. I will send someone to make sure that she has been taken care of an no longer works at any taco bell facility r there will be consequences.

I love taco bell but, this location has consistently served bad food, horrible service (I mean down right RUDE) and consistently closes hours early. I understand low staffing but at least put a sign put on the drive through box. Not a happy customer.

I’ve been living in Acworth for 5 years and I’m very please with the service in Taco Bell on Cobb parkway and the one on the 92 Dallas highway. But not the one across inglés supermarket. In the first two they have great costumer service and food is hot enough.

The food has been fine the times I've been, but the wait time has ALWAYS, pre-covid included, been terrible. I just waited 35 minutes in line because I had already paid on the mobile app; otherwise, I would have bailed.
