This was the weirdest fast food experience I have ever had. I was traveling with our kids. We went in and ordered food on the computers. We noticed the ceiling had fallen in in one area of the restaurant. It was roped off so we sat far away from the area. After waiting 10 minutes we were informed that the dining room was closed. There were about 5 other people waiting just like us. They made us leave, then we found out some people had already been waiting 45 minutes. I tried to go back in and cancel my order. They wouldn't let me. They told us to get in the drive thru line. It wasn't moving at all. I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't give one. After another 30 minutes we left, leaving them our contact info, hoping we might get refunded. We had no food and crying kids. Although I feel sorry for the employees, who obviously were dealing with a difficult situation, it was handled so badly. We waited 45 minutes and left empty handed.

AWFUL!! Employees are rude, and Lazy!! They skipped us and made 4 orders that came in after us. Then the food was WRONG, and she knew it and still gave it to us. Did not even try to fix it. Not to mention She put 2 pizzas in the bag then flip them on them on there side! And I said something she just shrugged her shoulders and turned around!! Oh and she didn't give a person there food who was still in the parking lot. But to lazy to walk out there and give it to her, so I did!! STAY AWAY!!

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Will not be back.I've dealt with having issues with my orders from this location many times in the past but continued to go because it's walking distance from my apartment. No more.My fiance and I went to go through their drive-thru and were told to go inside to order because they were "switching the money". Okay, fine, no big deal. He sits in the car while I go in. Instead of taking my order, I get told to put my order in on a kiosk. Still fine, whatever. Put in my order and sit down at a table to wait. I waited while other people came in, ordered, got their food, and left. I waited while they reopened the drive-thru and completely served SIX CARS. Sitting there for so long gave me a chance to observe how nasty and disorganized the restaurant was/is though--trash on the floor, food on the floor, soda machine out of syrup, sauces everywhere. When they finally they called my name, it was only to tell me that they were out of "DLTs" (aka Doritos Locos Tacos) and were replacing it with a regular taco--so a waste of money for paying extra with no refund. FINALLY I get our food 35 minutes later and are able to leave. When we opened our food though, it was a dumpster fire. They were apparently out of lids for the power bowls, so they smashed it and wrapped it with paper. There was mmaayybbee a teaspoon of cheese for the nacho fries--literally ran out of cheese after four fries.Convenience only stretches my patience so far. I will NEVER visit this so-called "restaurant" again. Corporate Taco Bell needs to step in and close this place.

Had to ask for what I needed three different times, employees are not very customer service oriented or very friendly. Food was not as good as I remember. We'll probably not eat there again unless I'm desperate

Didn't have the coffe I ordered, then gave me a drink with no ice and half way filled. The tacos were half wrapped and the other was so greesy that it soaked the bag and ripped.. I was already having a bad day and this topped it off. One of the worse experiences at taco bell I've had

Great place to pick up a bite if in a hurry. My wife and I are on travel from CT to FL and back. Taken aback by the insistence to use their kiosk to order. I had previously bought food from Taco Bell from the drive through but pulling a travel trailer did not permit. I was at the counter because I missed the "order here" sign and was directed back to the kiosk while two people who arrived later than me were placing their order. I feel that Taco Bell should be prepared to go "old school" and take some orders from the counter. Some people are not comfortable with advancing intrusion into our lives by technology. Great meal otherwise.

Went to the drive thur asked for nachos with no sour cream. Got to the window and sour cream all over it. Was then told I did not ask for sour cream! Was told to come inside to be given the order… I could not go inside there for I asked for my money back. Was told they could not give it back to me!!! Because my order was already made.

I waited in line to order, get to speaker and order my food. Get to window and pay for it only to have them tell me to drive around the store and ot will be ready when I get back. Really????? So I get around back and wouldn't you know it. There's yet another line so I now have to wait in yet another line. Get fed up with waiting so I go in. The reason I use drive thru is that I'm disabled and don't walk well. So I hobbled into the store to retrieve my food and every employee is huddled in the managers office. Who then comes out and announces drive thru person claims to be best drive thru operator there is. Not hardly. I have yet to have a good experience at this store. Between sour cream when I ask for none and now being told to drive around the store. This store and the one with the long John's in it over off 41 has really left a bad taste in my mouth for taco bell. And if you say anything to them they get rude and ugly with you. Be glad to get back to the one in canton!!!!!! Completely ridiculous how this one is ran.

Very poor customer service. Ordered lunch for 3 people 4 beef taco supremes and a beef crunch wrap 18.00 got back to work and no beef in any of it so I called said to come back and they would make it right needless to say I didnt have time I got a call back and they said come in and we will give you a refund so I we t back and the manager didnt know how to refund my money. I said thats great just give me a gift card for a llater time they said they dont do that. So I don't recommend taco bell in acworth

Service was fast enough considering the staffing. Staff was very friendly and made sure my order was correct and told me to have a great evening. Thank you!
