(02/12/2022 @ 2:45pm).. Staff never cared about the missing order, though online order was confirmed in an email.. and staff was not so courteous to review order in their system and see what happened..
The workers didn't wear masks and I didn't feel safe when they made my food.
Banner out front says “big changes” clearly those were only on the menu...I placed a door dash order for a 6 in and a 12in. I received 2- 6 in sandwiches. Drove to the store only to be greeted by the rudest man in customer service ever. They were clearly shocked I came to correct my order and were unapologetic about the situation. Acted like it was a hassle to even redo my order. They were shutting down the store at 8 when they close at 10, and treated me like a complete inconvenience.Will not be back here.
I have to commend this Subway location for their consistency of quality service! From the fast wait times to sandwich requests (such as when "more" is selected on specific toppings items when ordering on the app), friendliness, and convenient location (for us). We have been both in-store and ordered for pickup through the app, and special requests are either already made or quickly made by request upon pickup, such as asking for italian dressing on the side. I would recommend this location if you are craving Subway, as we will continue coming back to this location for their great service!

DO NOT EAT HERE. This subway is so nasty! Roaches all over the place and smells musty. Management is rude and insensitive. If I could give zero stars I would. The blond white manager was so rude when I asked her for some information about the menu. Food all over the tables and their tables are sticky. This location gave me food poison and I won’t be coming back here anymore.
I always get the steak and cheese thingy. I forget what it's called, but it's pretty good. I always ask them to choose the cheese for me because I can never decide on a cheese. they always pick a good one. I like this place!

I was told by Alexander that the bread that my wife and son wanted, would take 10 minutes to cool down before he could make the sandwich.Cool:We then started letting other customers go before us. Minutes later, another customer comes in and wants the same bread that my wife wanted. Alexander quoted her the same 10 minutes times frame that he quoted us. I then approached the counter and asked Alexander the [email protected]?€¥ (you fill in your own narrative) , how is it that it’s going to still take 10 minutes for the bread to cool when we have been in your store for at least 5 minutes. I started to him that he should have quoted her a different time than what he quoted us. He said something. I said something back, he Alexander the [email protected]&?!0 then told me to leave the store. I told Alexander that I am just trying to get clarity on how subway do their thing so I would be clear. I told Alexander that we have other stops and, I am just him that I was just trying to feed my family, and I just wanted to know how long it would take.Alexander told me to leave his store, without giving me and reason and I did just that.You lose enough customers, eventually you will lose the whole store.
