Rude employeesI placed a mobile order here this morning and I usually have ZERO problem with this place other than the amount of time it takes to get a cup of coffee. I ordered my normal Iced caramel macchiato the way I like it (small changes to it) and picked it up in the drive through. I had to take the drunk inside and tell them it had coffee grounds in it. The employee proceeded to tell me it’s because I ordered Splenda but that she would remake it for me anyway (I didn’t know Splenda was black). She proceeded to tell the employee who was making my drink that I ordered Splenda and complained about the Splenda?! Then the employee proceeded to make my new drink. THE NEW DRINK WAS NOT MADE HOW I ASKED FOR IT TO BE MADE. So with my money that I spend on a $7 cup of coffee I got attitude, rude customer service and not even the drink I asked for. I won’t be coming back here due to customer service.
Please train your newer employees better on WHY dairy alternatives exist and WHY they are important and that if you don't have oatmilk available, DO NOT put WHOLE MILK in the drink instead, communicate that you don't have oatmilk and then ask what the customer would prefer instead. I did not plan to do laundry, take a shower, or clean my expensive computer chair today, but here we are. Thanks a bunch.
I don’t know how much they are paying these employees but they are amazing. Honestly the sweetest people on earth and very well mannered. The service was amazing which is why I’m back for a second day in a row. I’ll most likely be here Tomorrow as well. ?✊? Whoever’s the boss in charge, good work on hiring amazing staff.
I don’t lived in Acworth but, in the Atlanta area, and is the probably the worst service, super slow, long lines, and they serve the mobile order over the the person in front of them. They definitely do not know the difference between short and tall. Super Not cool!
Drive thru was a little slower but i came at a fairly busy time. The barista (james i think his name was?) Was so friendly!! He was so kind and definitely made my day :) also my drink was so delicious!
This is one of my favorite fast food places in all of Georgia. Every time I order coffee here I don't have to wait too long for it and the employees work so hard to keep this establishment's reputation up. One employee that stood out to me was a young gentleman I believe named Spencer. I was having a really bad day and I came to Starbucks and Spencer was so patient with me and recommended the best coffee I've ever had IN MY LIFE and I left the store a twenty-dollar tip. So if anyone that works at Starbucks sees this please show this to Spencer and tell him to thank you for everything And I hope everyone at this Starbucks has a merry Christmas.
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Sasha is a hard working employee, she made my drink perfectly & was very kind helping me pick out a drink. She was a real team player helping her coworkers during a busy day.

The chestnut praline latte with oatmilk is the ?! The staff at this location is incredible. I saw multiple ppl give them dirty looks and attitudes because of the wait. The staff was incredible. They stayed positive and kind the entire time. They just kept working as fast as they could with a smile while still trying to connect with the customers. Kudos to them! Way to keep the holiday spirit going even with so many Grinches.
This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff are always friendly, considerate and quick. They are so sweet even when it’s beyond busy. Sasha, Kyle, Buzz and all the other staff (not sure of their exact names) are amazing workers as well. They should be paid $30 an hour for how much work they put in. Thank you so much for your hard work and kindness. xx
