Do not order from here. Did not give Uber eats my tortillas with the fajitas I ordered. Food was nasty. Tortillas were stale.
Firstly the peach margarita was so good it was gone before my burrito arrived. The steak in the burrito was flavorful and even a bit crispy which made the flavors really pop.
Great place to hangout and eat some good food!Recommended.
Been here twice, and we really like it. I like to start with judging a Mexican restaurant, on their tacos (because if they can't do the basics, then there's a problem!) And, they passed with flying colors! The ground beef was flavorful & moist, plenty of cheese, and a great crispy shell. No grease or juice dripping, out of the taco. This was perfect, as I cannot stand when the hard shell gets all soggy, from grease and basically falls apart, before you've taken a second bite. The cheese enchilada was great, and my dad loves their tamales and burritos! Cheese dip is also great. Highly recommend Rico's!
Great little locals place. Awesome food and margaritas. May have to wait a bit for a table but its worth it. Yummy sauces!
Definitely a fan of the building. It's cozy, feels like the kind of place you'd stop at on a long road trip. The service was alright, too. A little cold, but they seemed understaffed; at least they were polite. I ordered the chicken tacos. The chicken was juicy, the lettuce was fresh, so was the cheese. Unfortunately, it was completely bland as well. I don't think there was any seasoning on those tacos. Not even a sprinkle. Not sure I want to go back. The experience wasn't bad, just nothing to get excited about.
I came on a Saturday evening and every seat was taken - this place is very small and only has about 12 tables total. Chips were good with a nice spicy salsa. I ordered the tres amigos which was supposed to be hard tacos but came soft and the menu price was $6 but that bill reflected $6.99. They have a few draft beer selections typical of a Mexican restaurant. I just love these non-chain, hole in the wall restaurants! You should come and check this place out! Had the tacos been priced at menu price and came hard, I would have rated this place five stars. Don't expect anything fancy here as I'm a fan of dive Mexican, and individual tastes will vary. I'm a fan of dive Mexican and for $7 certainly this place was not fancy... I'll actually give them credit because considering inflation it's tough to even get a meal for less than $10 nowadays...
We have eaten here a couple times before, and absolutely love it! The food, the service, the atmosphere...Apparently, we aren't the only ones, because this time when we went, the parking lot was packed!! We couldnt find a place to park, (between 5:30-6:30pm on a Saturday evening) and the dining room AND the outside seating area were busy. So, We didnt get to eat here this time, but we are so thankful to see them thriving as this means we can all keep them in business for a long time to come!We will be back again... during a not so busy time of day! ;-)Our previous visits were more of a late lunch time of day rather than dinner time.
Excellent service and food! Love the patio and the skinny jalapeño margarita!
