Was told there was a 10 minute wait for tenders and to park and wait (which was fine). After 40 minutes of waiting Atleast 15 people had driven off with food, the line was too long to wait again so I had to just leave without any food and will dispute the cost with my bank. Doors were all locked so you could not go inside, never returning.
This place is a dumpster fire. Been 3 times, everytime horrible. This time online order at was 30 minutes late and had to sit in parking lot. The two staff were rude and I guess lost would be only term. One lady rocking sweat pants and flip flops. The gentleman rocking flip flops, dirty clothes and maybe 20% of uniform. Don't even know, I'm done with this place. Should have known better after first two negative visits, empty parking lot during peak time also so there's that. There was no pride at this store, tragic. If this is a franchise, I could only hope they do Popeyes a favor and sell it to a true operator. This was a small amount of what was observed today. Good luck with that mess, oh and the digital menu boards aren't updated so seasonal offering isn't available but they have new seasonal offerings. Picture of flip flops attached from guy that brought food out to car. Slips,trips and falls are real in the food service industry. The over all lack of care is mind blowing.
Mobile App (digital) customer service will not “submit” the items we had issues with, after completing the process… The store couldn’t refund what I paid for on the App that they did not have in the restaurant. The manager recommended going through the App for a refund…Don’t waste your time like I did. I also ordered ahead of time to avoid the wait… don’t count on that either. I had to pull into a parking place and wait 15 minutes on an order I placed 25 minutes prior to my arrival on their Mobile App.
I stopped going to this location after waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes (because their dining hall was closed) just to tell me they could only take cash because their card machine was down. I ended up going to the location in Woodstock and it was fast with no problems. Nice staff but they need more workers and a new system that doesn't crash.
I like their food. However, this location always has a long line and my order is rarely ever correct when given to me. They have forgotten sides, not put sauces in the bag, and have given regular bone-in chicken instead of nuggets. I won't fault them for not having some ingredients because of the supply chain issues, but I do believe this is not one of Popeyes' greatest locations.
This is a summary of several visits. They are always out of chicken. The sides are always dried out. One time for the rice beans - no rice with hardened beans that were inedible Horrible customer service. Horrible packaging. Always a long wait. And again, how does Popeyes run out of chicken several different times. It’s disappointing because it’s a new location. I have stopped visiting Popeyes because of this location. I hope the owner or corporation gets involved to save this location.
Was asked to hold for 5 minutes in the drive-thru before ordering, just to be told they couldn't serve us due to staffing shortages. Before making customers wait that long, you should let them know you cannot help them as a common curiosity. 14 years of restaurant experience has taught me communication goes a long way.
Worst experience: chicken was over cooked and dry, didn’t have my side order of mash potatoes and gravy, but was charged for it. Customer service is non existent. The guy taking the order was unprofessional. Drink was over fill and spill on my truck when handed to me. It’s always the same problem of missing side order. Always a bad experience when you stop to get food here. Should just shut this location down for good. What a tease being open off Baker Road, have someone from South Cobb drive come train them here. Don’t even deserve a one star for this review.
Every time I come to this place they never have anything you ask for. I went at 8:00pm on a Saturday and they close at 11:00pm, to be told they don’t have anything but chicken. Start to order then they say the only sides they have are mash potatoes. I will never go back to this place. I gave them numerous chance to improve thinking it might have just been that day but No the same thing every time.
Brand new. Very clean place, fast service. Poor parking, employees taking up front parking.
