Twice in 1 month I placed an online delivery order to the Northwest Cobb Pizza Hut. Neither time was my pizza delivered and I had to go to the store and pick it up because when I tried to call the store to find out what was going on, the line was busy. When I got to the store, they stated their phones were broken, both times, for a whole month?? They stated both times they only had 1 delivery person. I'm fine with that, I understand the worker shortage, but I would like the courtesy to know this information before I place my order so I can make the decision to cancel my order or know that I will need to carryout. They said they couldn't call me because of the broken phone and when I asked why they don't update the information on the website where ppl place the orders, they stated they don't have access to do that. Come on Pizza Hut. Be better than this. Make the phones a priority and make it where the stores can update the website so ppl know the status of their worker situation.

Slow and unreliable. I’ve been waiting 80 minutes for the order I placed at 5 pm on a Wednesday. The store took no responsibility when I called after an hour’s wait (being given a 25-35 minute window ordering through the app), only blaming having one driver working tonight. Domino’s never has this kind of wait, and that’s why they’ll continue to have our business. Never again, Pizza Hut.

Generally at this location they’re pretty good but this last time I got a big box there were hardly any cheese pepperoni or sauce on the pizza it was all crus. Other than that I haven’t had no issues with this location great food fast service

My experience was horrible. Here is why, first, me and my family went to the drive through to get wings after ordering online and the lady that was there at the window happen to be the manager as well, she was in the phone with a costumer and was yelling at them, then when she finally came to the window she showed us attitude and was being very rude, she also raised her voice at us. Then we went home and looked at the wings but she got our order wrong( we ordered barbecue wings but she gave us flamin hot) so we went to get a discount or something but the same lady started yelling at us and started cussing at my family. She was bringing random things up like how she was from the south. She also said that I made the order, I would know if I made the wrong wings. Then we showed the the Receipt and she said that she was the one that brought it out to us and didn’t make it. After that, she told us that we can just go back in our car and she will bring out the wings to us. But she made an employee come out and give us the wings, we kindly asked if we could see the manager because she was the one that yelled at us, lied and she was the manager so she should take responsibility of her mistake. But the employee said I don’t think I can do that. We said ok and left. I don’t think we will ever be coming back to this establishment. The managers name was Belinda. We think she should be fired from the job or at least not be the manager anymore.

THE MANAGEMENT WAS ABSOLUTE HORRIFIC!! The management now is so disgusting not sanitary, very rude, before this place was amazing but now since the nee manger came in this place went down hill. The manager named Belinda was very rude with customers, got majority of the orders incorrect. Had to wait 30 min due to poor management in the back. Taking orders with attitude. Telling us we were wrong said that she made her order correctly herself when she was wrong so we went to the store to prove to her she was wrong. And didn’t even apologize even when she is a manager herself talked about racial discrimination. Than she told us she didn’t make the wings when on the phone she said she was the one who made so she knows she is right. So she lied and said that she Just got them from the back and didn’t make it…

I was dashing for them and they messed up so hard on 3 different orders!! It made a whole mess for me on my end!! I had to call doordash support 4 times buy hey guess I got a bag outta the whole mess

Placed my order online for delivery and it said my order would be delivered in 45 minutes. Waited over a hour and a half and called the store and was told they didn’t have any drivers. Manager told me they have to go through DoorDash and request a driver, but my food was ready if I wanted to come get it. Food was horrible and I’m very disappointed.

All 3 pizzas and bread sticks were delivered hot and tasty! We are so happy we were able to get delivery on a busy Wednesday night. Thanks!!

Consistency of product - we ordered two pizzas, and while one was overloaded with toppings (yes, please) the other seemed skimpy by normal standards. The second pizza was short on cheese and toppings.

Driver was very kind and efficient. Order is perfect. The online contactless delivery is perfect. The pizza was good. This location has always been a good location for pizza.
