The pizza was good but I felt bad for the lady that was running the restaurant. She was there by herself and I could see she was tired and needed time off. Apparently she hasn't had time for a long time. And what mean by time off is vacations not losing her job. You people are horrible how you treat your employees no wonder you can't get people to stay. But you don't care just as long as you get your high pay and the money is in your pocket.
First let me say that Donna was working entirely by herself and being a magician of getting every job done, she was amazing and was putting up with a busy phone, busy foot traffic for take out and still managed to give us really nice attention and refill our drinks etc.. we were there today to take a little trip down memory lane of the times we would hang out at the local Dine in Pizza Hut and while there was no Salad bar (one of my favorite parts - Obviously not in the Covid world we live in today) BUT the Pizza was still as we remembered, fresh out of those ovens is the only way to eat that pizza. Donna, thank you for your super hard work today! We appreciated you and the delicious food.
Drove all the way to Acworth (30min) for a dine in pizza place, and lobby was closed. The reason for the 2 star was for the staff. Great people, but dang, wanted to sit and eat
I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut and believe they have the best pizza and deals for your money. While we do miss the salad bar, I must say Kawanda was the best waitress we've ever had!! We will return to this location for her service!!! Thank you Kawanda!!!
I ? this Pizza Hut's wings great service even better attitudes I would get my food from this particular store than any other except maybe the Cascade Rd store,but being on totally different sides of town I would drive all the way to Acworth for my food
Food is always good, hot, fresh, and fast. Service is always great... even though short-staffed. We'll run business!
Ordered online and received call from restaurant. They ran out of everything due to a water main break or something. Had to find fast food. We were traveling thru town.
My order was wrong, but they had already closed by the time my fiancé got home with the pizza so I was unable to call. We ordered a big dinner box with one of the pizzas intended to have mushrooms, extra cheese, and the parmesan sauce; however, we received a plain cheese pizza.
