Absolutely horrible experience!!! Picked up my order tonight and the customer service was HORRIBLE!! We order pizzas here often but tonight was awful! The cashier (a young male) was rude. It was almost as if I was disturbing him by being there. After running my card, he walked away without even saying a thank you and without asking if I needed a receipt. When I asked if I may please have a receipt, he came back, extracted the receipt from the machine and threw it on the table. If you are unable to be respectful to customers , get a job that doesn’t involve interacting with us! HORRIBLE! I wish his name was printed on the receipt.
We just moved here 3 months ago, and were looking for a good place to eat pizza. When we read the reviews, we were at first on the edge about buying from here, but were shocked when we saw(and tasted) how good our pizza was. The service was excellent and they were very friendly! The order was on point, and definitely changed how we see this Papa John's.(as the reviews were so off-putting) We will definitely order again!
Terrible … manager will offer a free pizza to smooth over sending the wrong order and when they sent over the free pizza , it was wrong again smh .
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. A door dasher bought me something wrong and I called saying i didn’t order through door dash and heard the manager fussing in the background. I only asked where my other items where and they assured me it would arrive. 2 hrs later still no order and my husband even tried to call. They told me it was still on the way (I only live a few miles away) so called back a few min later and they told us this same thing again but would give us a refund. NO REFUND has been attempted and still NO FOOD. absolutely ridiculous. Will never order from this place again. Ill be contacting the BBB about this place so I can receive a proper refund.
I just received my pizza. I place an order for a medium pizza with extra cheese and double mushroom. Three of the slices barely have any cheese at all. Definitely not extra cheese. Very disappointing.
Rude staff experience tonight other than the manger . I am a regular customer of this location and today I had the worst experience, the store Was a mess today, their main sign was off, no one was their to greet they were 6 staff members all they were doing cracking jokes on each other and laughing with each other. Most of them were working without hat and without gloves not even using scopes to put the topping. Either the company need to send a surprise audit and see what is happening here, I am going to report this to the health department of being this store at health safety risk. This location need immediate fixation
I placed a large order with several hours notice by calling the store and told them what time I needed to pick it up. Everything was ready when I arrived and the whole process went smoothly. Thank you!Note: I called the store and had to press numbers to get through to the real people inside this store and didn't rely on the app or delivery.
Great pizza. We called it in at the last minute otw home and they had it ready in 15 minutes. Hot and delicious.

Worse costumer service!!!! Call center and the people at the location. They missed my orders for the third time. This time, they didn’t even make it to my home while they did charge me plus tip. I ordered TODAY at 8pm, while the call center person was telling me “hurry up, give me your card number” among many other comments she made. This is definitely the straw that broke the camels back. Its 10:30 pm and they never got here nor even answer the phone.Make yourselves a favor and never order Papa Johns. At least in this location, I don’t know what they are doing but this has been the worse costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I expect my money back.
