The worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered two pizzas around 8:30. Was told they would be delivered within 29 minutes. (Now this store is about four miles at the Most from my house). I waited until 9:20 and decided to call and see what happened and was told the store is closed and they did not get my order. Then she starts searching finds my order and then says absolutely nothing. I asked if it was going to be delivered and all is received was a NO. No I’m sorry nothing. This store just completely sucks. Rude people working there. They had my damn phone number and couldn’t even call me. Never again and i hope you will learn from my hungry family’s mistake.
Worst place to buy Pizza , today will be my last time ordering from them. I have waited over an hour , and watched the Tracker they sent a link to , the driver was 3 mins from my house and he turned around and went back towards the store . Putting him another 15 mins away . When I called the store they told me he was on his way , and he would be there soon , when I explained I had been watching the tracking system , they simply said HE IS ON HIS WAY. This is an on-going thing and has been off and on bad service for 4 years now . The pizza has been slightly burned at times or under cooked , as well . I will from now on get in my car and drive for better pizza , rather than play this game of whether the service could be better today . its not going to get any better . As I am finishing this review up my pizza came , it is of course COLD . Last Papa Johns pizza ever , as of today !!
I just got two large pizza's from Papa John's on Cherokee Street and Highway 92. I always do pickup because I ask for extra garlic sauce and I like this location cause unlike the Kennesaw location they do not charge for a condiments. I was told Friday it was a dollar extra for one butter garlic sauce. This was enough of a price jump to make me think about buying pizza somewhere else and either making or buying my own garlic butter sauce. Whar's next? A steakhouse charging extra for Au Jus or for Worcestershire sauce? A nickel a packet for hot sauces at Taco Bell?I just wanted to rant about how I doubt I will be buying any more Papa John's pizza because the $1 charge for an extra condiment with a large pizza seems to me to be more about exploiting people in this economy rather than a real hardship dealing with inflation.
So I ordered online and per the instructions was supposed to pull up to the front of the store and click “I’m here”. I couldn’t park in front of the store because the delivery driver vehicles were taking up every spot in the front of the store. The delivery drivers there are terrible drivers. I have witnessed them tailgating other drivers and have been tailgated by them. They will cut you off in the parking lot to make sure they get to park in the front spots.
I order delivery at this place on a regular basis through my papa johns app. Ordered delivery one night, the tracker told me my order was being delivered, 2 hours later no delivery and no call from the store. I filed a complaint, their male manager called me the day after apologized, refunded me and offered me store credit, very nice guy. A week later (today) I call to use this store credit and their Lady manager totally disregarded the store credit simply cause she couldn’t fine my phone number. I thanked her for her time and she immediately changed her tone and said “oh I think I found it” but still decided not to give me my store credit. Never ordering from this store again. Horrible service and no courtesy call to tell you that your delivery is being cancelled. Nor will they honor their “store credit”. The male manager knows exactly who I am and the instance.
Worst place to get pizza. Ordered online and it said it would be ready in 120 minutes. Wife went to pick up pizza, and they said no, it would not be that long. Wife was ignored for 30 minutes when pizza was on the done shelf and my wife was ignored for 30 minutes. Finally got pizza. We will never order from them again.
Always a pleasure when Craig delivers! He’s super nice and fast. Man needs a raise for sure
horrible experience with papa John's. delivery was over 1 hour late, could not get ahold of the location, pizza arrives cold. can't reach the location. submitted the survey like I was told and got a coupon. screw that. I'm never ordering from them again. horrible.
no I would not recommend this place not anymore used to be a good place to go but now they cannot even get your order ready I gave him 30 minutes to get a pickup order got here the order was not ready whoever took the order made a mistake so now 30 minutes later we are still sitting in the parking lot waiting on our pizzas they are totally incompetent at the store be the last time I ever come here
This past weekend I had the opportunity to l yeah I who's normally a complainer didn't have any it was it was it was an absolute shock to my complaining system. I would like I would just love to think the hands that made those pizzas oh man I smashed them
