Ordered food for delivery. My tomato basil cucumber salad had mold on it. When I called, the restaurant the manager said that there was nothing she could do for me and I would have to contact door dash who delivered it. I told her that I ordered it on their website and did not have access to door dash in order to request a refund. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely refused to help me. I called their customer service line and spoke with someone else. They immediately issued me a refund and told me they would discuss how to be professional with the employee. I will not eat at this Panera again.

The pizza is really good. Had the new chicken sandwich and it was ok. Nothing special about it.

This location is the worst location by far! It took me 10 minutes to be greeted at the counter! In fact, I was the only customer inside the establishment! Do not go here. They are rude, racist, and unprofessional.

I will say the prices has gone up tremendously while the quality has gone down a bit. I still like Panera but that is the reality of the experience

The Acworth Panera is trash. They just cannot get it together. The little high school girls making the sandwiches don't even bother to bring the to-go orders to the shelves when they're ready, much less do a curbside order. I stood by the counter and had to call out for the girls goofing off in the back to hand me my bag which I could see on their side of the counter. I get home and open my sandwich, and only half the sandwich had chicken on it. There were no grapes in the chicken salad and it was clear that the lettuce was the "meat" of the sandwich. I tried calling up to the restaurant numerous times and nobody answered the phone. So now, scheduled to have my son to baseball in 30 minutes, I have to go back up to the restaurant in rush hour traffic to get my refund. I don't have time to have anything remade correctly. The manager does issue a refund, but being experienced in customer service, she should have offered to do more especially when I told her I wouldn't be back. Not sure if this is corporate-wide, but I doubt I'll be trying any Panera again in the near future.

I've been to this location several times and have always had a good experience. Today while at a hair appointment at Ulta I used my Panera app to order lunch. My order was delivered extremely fast (partnered with Door Dash), but my bottled water was missing. I didn't realize until15 mins after and told the gentleman that answered. He asked if I'd like my money returned for the water and I told him sure and mentioned I was just across the parking lot. He insisted he bring me my water. To my surprise the General Manager delivered my drink and added 3 cookies for any inconvenience. He was very kind and professional. It's refreshing to see management being a whole team player. Thank you!

Can I leave less than 1 star or negative stars? I ordered from Panera today for lunch and what a horrible decision that was. I got a pick two broccoli and cheese soup and a steak and cheese sandwich. First of all the sandwich had one piece of steak hardly any cheese and was so dry. Tasted like I was only eating bread. I wasn’t offered a pastry for .99 however at this point I’m glad I didn’t. Furthermore I ordered my co worker an avocado chicken sandwich and it was so dry. We both strongly regret our lunch choice.

Food is fabulous! Love the staff who are always pleasant and helpful. Previously had a complaint but within 24 hours it was totally resolved. The dining area is clean and inviting. This is our favorite place to eat.

I got a promotional email from panera encouraging people to order items for the upcoming holiday. I placed an order and 3 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered I got an email saying that my order was canceled. I called to find out why and all they could tell me was that they ran out of the items. I placed the order the day before which should have given them enough time to prepare and deliver the product. You need to do better panera. They have officially lost my business because this is not the first time this has happened.

After my last visit's disappointing steak sandwich with virtually no meat, I gave this Panera location a second chance. Unfortunately, a half-filled bowl of soup today is making me never want to return. The food tastes good, but the value proposition is horrible. I hope my son gets full on his $10 bowl of Mac & cheese. What a joke!
